A pleasant evening on the occasion of the feast of San Rocco. Background music for a dinner with friends. A pleasant moment. Comfortable and breezy summer veranda with fantastic air. The appetizer was excellent fried mushrooms, whole-wheat crescentine, exquisite cured meats and cheese pieces, and a chilled Lambrusco Grasparossa that was a pleasure to drink. Next up were the top-notch tortelloni with ricotta, mushrooms, and crispy pancetta, a step below the tagliatelle with ragù. The meat-based main course included tagliata with mushrooms, cooked in various ways but all perfect, paired with baked potatoes. With the meats, I drank the still red wine from Festa, which was worth a try. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The desserts included gelato, meringue, and panettone, all delicious and well-made, washed down with wonderful cold Valdobbiadene. Quality comes at a price, but I think every now and then you can treat yourself. Worth a try.

We were looking for a mushroom restaurant and "Locanda Marcella" was recommended. Overall, our experience was positive and pleasant. The staff were friendly and efficient, the service excellent, and the wines excellent. As for the meal, the best thing we had was the gnocchi with Montese potatoes and porcini mushrooms: a five-star superior dish. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms were very good, and the fried porcini mushrooms were good, but the batter was perhaps a bit too thick. As for the polenta with mixed mushrooms, we weren't entirely satisfied with the pre-cooked polenta, but the mushrooms were very good. As a tour guide, I would recommend lowering the cover charge from €3 to €2. Overall, we also really appreciated the atmosphere: friendly and clean, the cuisine very healthy, with many vegetarian and vegan options. Recommended for those who want to eat well and healthily. The view and surrounding landscape are also beautiful.

First experience at this hilltop inn. Magnificent location. Four of us dined in the outdoor area. The menu was extensive and the dishes were very good. The only downside was the service. The waitress who served us mostly was quite annoyed and lacked empathy. I understand that everyone has their own personality, but when working with customers, especially in a restaurant, I believe a smile and polite responses are the bare minimum. With a table of four, we were only given one menu because they had run out. The same thing happened when it came to dessert. The waiter practically threw the appetizers on the table without caring which dishes had been ordered. When it was time to clear the table for the next course, the same waitress took a plate simply because she was already loaded with other dishes, and left. I wonder how such egregious mistakes can be made in a place like this. The only downside was the first course. They brought us two appetizers right away. The third arrived later, so much so that my friend and I had already started eating, otherwise it would have gotten cold. The fourth plate of tortelli was brought when I was practically finished with the tagliatelle. I think a restaurant should be able to handle four different orders at a single table, and it's unacceptable that they served the tortelli at the end, merging our order with that of another table. It seemed like a rather improvised and certainly unprofessional service.
Price: €226 for four people, five appetizers, four first courses, four desserts (€7 for a level scoop of yogurt ice cream). The price was reasonable considering the mushrooms and truffles. We wouldn't recommend it due to the very disappointing service.

We ordered the porcini mushroom and truffle tasting menu. We thought we'd get small portions, but instead we got a full lunch with an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert. Excellent quality and quantity. The staff were helpful and the service impeccable. The location is beautiful, on a hill just under 500 meters above sea level. Highly recommended for vegetarians and vegans. We'll definitely be back, perhaps even to stay overnight.
