Simple dishes but made with love, excellent raw materials, very nice place with a special atmosphere. Fantastic staff, from the waiter to the wine service. The passion of the cook Manuela can be felt when she passes by to say hello between the tables. A special mention to the mascot Hitch... very sweet and affectionate. Thinking back to our holidays in Umbria we will remember this place with a smile.

Il locale e’ molto piccolo, in un borghetto piccolo e carino, risulta caratteristico, mi ha colpito il menu’ lavorato in stoffa che - da ciò che mi e’ stato raccontato - e’ lavorato a mano da una persona che lavora lì. Il personale e’ molto giovane e cordiale. Abbiamo ordinato: una zuppa di ceci, 2 primi (gnocchi al sugo di chianina) ed un dolce (salame del re): costo 52 euro. Era già finito il ragù’ di bisonte per cui eravamo andati, promettendoci che se avessimo avuto una buona esperienza saremo ritornati. Gli gnocchi erano davvero gustosi. Il dolce a me e’ piaciuto meno ma si tratta solo di gusti personali. Quello che ha rappresentato una nota stonata a mio avviso e’ un coperto di 10 euro (5 a persona). Spero solo e sempre che non siano scelte ad personam, in questo caso dedicate al turista. Sarebbe davvero un peccato. Una piccola sfumatura questa che non ci ha messo addosso la voglia di ritornare.

Beautiful setting, food not anything special, expected more, given other reviews. Free accompanying wine (red) was offered. Thanks for that. In retrospect, this was not necessary for me, because I like to drink white wine. Didn't like the wine either (but that's personal). Just too much emphasis on tasting their own wines. Not everyone needs this.

Het was heel lekker eten in een mooie omgeving. Goede bediening en vriendelijk personeel. Ze waren ook heel kindvriendelijk. TOP!

The only restaurant inside the Paciano tower and the only one where you can find bison meat raised in Italy. Excellent quality and attention to detail.

Very nice, welcoming restaurant, delicious food all in a unique location. You will find yourself immersed in the Middle Ages because it is located inside the tower, it is in fact the only restaurant in Paciano to have this prerogative. Very attentive to the customer's well-being Highly recommended.

We went to this restaurant for lunch last Sunday. The setting is nice and the view from the terrace is spectacular. We ate very well, excellent service, quality and price and I recommend trying the gnocchi with white Chianina ragù and the escalope with Chianina strips. Very helpful staff, we will definitely be back.
