Location ristrutturata rispetto a qualche anno fa, molto accogliente. Menù frutto di un grande studio con ottime materie prime. Preparazioni perfettamente bilanciate. Servizio ottimo. Carta dei vini eccellente. Costo anche onesto considerando la stella. Consigliatissimo.

I spent one of the most memorable gastronomic and human experiences of my life at Locanda Mammì. Together with my wife, we chose to celebrate Easter here, also staying for the night, immersed in an atmosphere that blends family warmth, top cuisine and artisanal attention to every detail. Saturday evening dinner was a true symphony: a succession of amuse-bouches as elegant as they were surprising, served with a creativity that never lapses into excess. Small morsels presented as works of art that have guided us towards increasingly intense, balanced and technically impeccable dishes. Among these, it is impossible not to mention the transhumance risotto dotted with herbs and rosehip powder, the deer meat cooked to perfection and the final small pastry served on a cake stand worthy of a royal tea. And if the dinner was a dream, the Easter lunch was a hymn to tradition reinterpreted with creativity: cream of peas as green as spring, fragrant tortelli, a risotto decorated with daisies, and an anthology-worthy lamb. To conclude, a dessert that looked like an egg, placed on a crunchy nest: spectacular, but above all exciting to break and taste. The service was always present but never intrusive, and the place conveys that rare combination of intimacy and refinement that makes you feel pampered, respected and at home. An experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to give themselves a special memory, a journey through land, tradition and beauty.

I spent a pleasant stay at Locanda Mammí over Easter, and I can only share my gratitude for the warm welcome and the extraordinary quality of the experience I had. The dinner on Christmas Eve was a journey through authentic flavors and surprising combinations, each course told a story and you could feel the attention to every detail. I appreciated the "Expressions" menu freely proposed by the chef, especially for the deer. After a quiet and comfortable night in the room where I stayed, the following morning began with a simple but delicious breakfast: homemade desserts, genuine jams and yogurt, fragrant bread and a very fragrant coffee, all served with the same attention and care that characterizes every aspect of the inn. The Easter lunch was the real highlight. Special praise goes to the chef, who was able to move me with the “Easter Egg” dish: a poetic, refined dish, capable of evoking memories and at the same time surprising with a perfect balance of taste and creativity. At Locanda Mammí you can breathe passion, competence and love for cuisine and hospitality. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to live an authentic Molise experience.

We have been to this wonderful restaurant and we were extremely impressed. Suggestive location and wonderfully furnished. Chef Di Pasquo is extraordinarily good. We are sure that the maestro Niko Romito is proud of her and of the results she is obtaining. The dishes were all truly excellent... The table service was also good. We will definitely be back. My review is exclusively about the dinner I had with my partner and our dog. The fact that they are pet-friendly and starred is already great news. The dinner was delicious, the service attentive and kind, the only flaw was several fingerprints on the various dishes that shouldn't be there, especially if they are in the guide. The absolutely exceptional dishes were the tortelli with almonds in broth, the risotto della transumanza and the tongue; the trout was really good, with a cream that I can't remember now, delicious. The cut of the guinea fowl was not optimal but still enjoyable, I personally didn't appreciate the dessert, in any case we will return. Highly recommended.

Cucina particolare ed ottima così come l’ambiente! Ingredienti , cortesia e gentilezza genuini e non usuali. Insomma un cibo ed un posto che si fanno ricordare. Bravi!
