Locanda Mammi' In Agnone

Tappa fissa ogni volta che siamo in alto Molise, ristorante raffinato, ben curato, cucina tradizionale ma rivisitata, gourmet, per chi ama scoprire pasti di un livello superiore a tutti gli altri è il posto giusto. Il servizio e la cucina è guidata dalla proprietaria che fa in modo che sia tutto perfetto, complimenti continuate così

We stayed at Locanda Mami while visiting family in my father in laws home town, Agnone. Tomas and Stefania have a beautiful place. The dinner they prepared was so amazing. Such detail and creativity. Simply beautiful. The rooms were so comfortable and had all the perfect touches and amenities. We loved spending time there and hope to go back.

I'm writing the review with a considerable delay (almost a year), but this shows how impressed I was by the experience. 4 of us (family) stayed overnight. the place is quiet, in the countryside. the room was clean and tidy, but above all the dinner was excellent. attention to every detail was noticed, even the two vegans ate very well. a particular cuisine, rather refined and tasty in a quiet location, which offered the possibility of sitting on a sofa and observing the countryside. everything was excellent, I definitely recommend (prices appropriate for the whole context).

I had dinner with my wife and our 2 children (16-14 years old). We tried the Mammì tasting menu. We were all thrilled. The venue is a beautiful renovation of an old farmhouse, which enhances the traditional elements (stone - wood - etc..) with more technical and modern lighting, which gives the environment a pleasant feeling of warm welcome and intimacy. I found the same concept in the cuisine proposed by the talented chef Stefania, that is, traditional elements but revisited in a contemporary key. Everything delicious: sheep tartare (citrus mayonnaise and another with Campari, both delicious), snails (pasta format) with amazing sauce and ricotta, braised bacon... but then the small pastries... the small appetizers... the bread made by They . EVERYTHING EXCELLENT!!! My wife and I then chose to rely on Tomas – sommelier, for the wine pairing (3 glasses) and we were very satisfied. Finally, a mention for Antonio in the dining room, impeccable in welcoming us and accompanying us during dinner, with grace, hospitality, friendliness and professionalism. I think we will look for an excuse to return to Agnone and book a dinner at the Mammì inn and why not, also take advantage of the rooms and stay for the night!

Siamo andati in tre e abbiamo preso grossomodo tre piatti a testa, tutti buonissimi. Introdotti dal preantiposto e chiusi da piccola pasticceria e ratafià. Spendendo 160 euro totali. Poi abbiamo saccheggiato la bella carta dei vini per ulteriori 195 euro. Bel posto, personale simpatico e disponibile.
