Describing Chef Di Pasquo's cuisine is impossible. It's a unique sensory experience, constantly and unpredictably surprising. You have to come here and be enchanted.

We visited this wonderful restaurant and were extremely impressed. The location is charming and beautifully decorated. Chef Di Pasquo is incredibly talented. We're sure Maestro Niko Romito is proud of her and the results she's achieving. The dishes were all truly excellent... The table service was also excellent. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

We stayed on my birthday, the staff was impeccable...with the help of my husband, they gave me a cupcake with candles. We will be back again, I highly recommend it. Congratulations....

A pleasant discovery, a restaurant immersed in nature. Elegant location. Two tasting menus, or à la carte. Everything is excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The chef is a true professional, masterfully using all the ingredients from the garden. Courteous and professional service. Exceptional value for money.

WELCOME Good. Check-in was a breeze: they greeted us at 6:30 PM and escorted us directly to our room, arranging for us to meet later for dinner. FOOD We chose the Terra menu and were pleasantly surprised by the selection of local ingredients. Bread, whipped butter, and pastries are already a signature dish, while the main courses play on contrasting textures and aromas without ever being forced. The portions are tasting-style, so they're not overly generous, but the overall experience is certainly balanced and satisfying. SERVICE Overall, good, but (in my opinion) room for improvement: explanations of the dishes are minimal and brief, time between courses is perhaps a bit too short, and explanations of wine pairings are practically nonexistent (limited only to the name of the bottle and the winery). However, they do take the time to fill your glasses. The atmosphere is relaxed, never stuffy: warm, well-spaced tables, a familiar yet professional atmosphere. The breakfast and overnight stay were also well-managed. LOCATION The inn is in the countryside, just outside Agnone, surrounded by a landscape of hills and mountains that convey a sense of surreal peace. The interiors blend wood, copper, and modern details, with a cozy dining room, a fireplace, and thoughtful table settings. IN CONCLUSION As other reviewers have already written, I also believe the room's soundproofing should be improved. You can hear practically everything. The ability to dine and then go straight to your room (without leaving the building) completes the experience and makes it perfect for a one-night getaway. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I think I'll be back to try the Espressioni menu, which features a menu curated by the chef.

Second time at this beautiful restaurant, and this time we were greeted by a Michelin star, which we were very happy about because they deserve it! We dined and stayed at Locanda Mammì and had a truly wonderful time. The three-course tasting menu, at a competitive price, exceeded our expectations. Special mention goes to the tongue appetizer with potato peel consommé: a journey of flavor that envelops the palate, and to the transhumance risotto, which is a true olfactory and taste experience. The dessert, the rose cake, is a little wonder! The staff is very kind and welcoming, and we can see that a lot of work and research goes into their dishes. They bring a special Molise to the table!

My partner and I return here as often as we can to delight our palates. As far as I'm concerned, the entirely vegan menu is truly top-notch; I've eaten so well in few places. We particularly love this "locanda" because we've never left unsatisfied; on the contrary, the atmosphere and the sensory journey of the tasting always leave us pleasantly enchanted. 🙂
