We ate 4 people. When we entered the restaurant it was empty and it made us hesitate, but we were absolutely right. The food was very good and Irene took great care of us. She was kind, friendly and explained to us all the dishes on the menu, something that is not usual.
We ate well, calmly and at a good price. 100% recommended.

A very beautiful and welcoming environment, like an old-fashioned inn, where you can enjoy good and varied lunch breaks or dinners.
The events and exhibitions are interesting and stimulating.
Beautiful and important, then, is the connection with the neighborhood and the choice to create a catering project tailored to residents, before students and nightlife. An added value in a neighborhood where new realities don't always listen to (and respect) their neighbors!

Lo Speziale is a place that I love very much. The furnishings and environment are delicious, the cuisine is really good with menus from all over the world cooked directly by Ilaria, the owner.
I love this restaurant because you can talk to Ilaria who suggests dishes and shares her kindness with customers!!!
Today we ate vegan Moussaka and an all-Moroccan menu which I thought was fantastic! The Bessara (fava bean cream) was truly exceptional.

I often come to this wonderful place. This time too the welcome was excellent, as always. A distinctive trait is the friendliness of the owner who always puts me at ease in a relaxing environment in which I can have an exchange of profound humanity.
The menu changes every month based on seasonal ingredients. The dishes are inspired by the cuisine of various countries, you can feel the love and desire to experiment in the kitchen. The flavors are well balanced. The service was excellent, both for the kindness and willingness to satisfy the customer's needs, and for the efficiency.

Ilaria is a great chef and a very detailed professional. I had the privilege to take a cooking class with her and it was amazing. She was so patient and we felt at home. The result was delicious freshly made pasta and polpetes (meatballs) and tiramisu for dessert. Such a clean kitchen too! We loved spending an evening learning and tasting the amazing food she makes, it really felt like being at home. Ci vediamo presto, grazie mile Ilaria!

I took the cooking class led by the chef.
The course is all in Italian, and even for me who doesn't speak Italian it was very easy to follow. The chef is passionate and exciting with a real desire to transmit and exchange with her guests. The course is very generous, and the dinner is perfect. You truly eat what was cooked by your hands!
It was a great experience and I highly recommend venturing to the other side of the Adige to go to Lo Speziale Locanda! It's definitely worth it!
We will come back, for sure!
