Refined and modern place, very helpful and kind staff who know how to advise the customer in choosing the wine appropriately paired with the dish. Dishes with quality raw materials and refined taste, cooked with experience. Absolutely recommended.

The place is a mix between a home restaurant and a hint of the East
The place is very clean and tidy, it feels like entering a friend's house
At the bottom on the left, the open kitchen looks like a sushi kitchen with the counter ready to serve excellent delicacies
But no, the chef, despite being Japanese, offers very high-level Italian cuisine
The dishes are prepared and it feels like eating in a starred restaurant
We went for New Year's Eve and there wasn't the classic dinner menu but à la carte dishes or 6/8 course menus based on hunger and palate
Whichever dish you choose, the certainty of quality and taste can be felt in the whirlwind of flavors that explode in your mouth
Truly an excellent and quality place
They accept dogs and the wine list is like a phone book 🤣🤣

We went to this pearl of a restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner
It was the first time and I fell in love with it
Modern and very clean environment

Cool, modern restaurant. Very clear, small menu - a good sign.
Friendly, attentive service.
The taste is rather mediocre. Tris with Vitello Tonnato in an idiosyncratic interpretation, very good mini salad with rabbit and indefinably stuffed pepper rolls.
The plin were excellent: small ravioli with meat filling. Main course veal cheeks rather boring and hardly seasoned. Tajarin (narrow ribbon noodles) is very good in itself. Missed the white truffle. Bland, of inferior quality, the waiter should have worn gloves for slicing - as he should - but he didn't.
It's a shame actually. I didn't have to go to Barolo for that.

I had the privilege to have multiple meals at this restaurant. At one occasion, we took part in the Il Menù Degustazione. A wonderful tour of the local cuisine perfected and elevated. We were able to indulge with the associated wine pairing. Which was a great expression of the local wines. I plan on visiting again next time I'm in the area.

La Gemella, a small gem in Barolo. Don't miss it! The restaurant has a tiny garden inside - a peaceful place. Food was stunning and the service kind. The entrée was a tasty quenelle of "Russian salad". We ordered as starters the same plate: Vitello tonnato, tartare and a pepper. Delicious. The meat of vitello tonnato was the softest ever tried. Tajarin with rabbit ragù were tasty and the lamb was amazing and really well cooked. Super soft. An extra point for the exquisite "bunet". Open kitchen extremely quiet. Compliments to the 2 Japanese chefs. The prices are a bit higher than the average. Hope to be back soon to try their guided menu.
Go to "La Gemella" you won't regret it! The restaurant has a small, very quiet internal garden. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed - friendly and attentive service. The food was great. The best veal with tuna sauce tasted in the Langa. The lamb is excellent, very soft, and the bunet. Open kitchen but without any noise, well organized line. Congratulations to the two chefs and the Viberti family. To return as soon as possible to try their guided menu. Well done!
