Locanda La Gemella In Barolo

We went there for lunch today and everything was five-star. The waiter was very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and attentive. The best bread we've ever eaten! All the dishes were delicious; the plin pasta is highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

The man who suggested the menu and accompanied us throughout the lunch was very polite, professional, and friendly. We'll definitely be back when we pass through Barolo again. I recommend trying it!!!

Extremely good pasta at this restaurant. Loved the ravioli and you even got a gazpacho that you didn't have to pay for. The whole bottle cost 25 euros and it was very good.

We chose the la gemella menu; everything was very good, but not as lovingly presented or creative as we'd imagined for this price range. The cheese selection at the end, in particular, was too plain, dry, and salty to win our hearts. We were also struck by the very limited bread selection. The grissini are okay, but there's no substitute for good bread with appetizers and cheese. Serving a quartered (!) slice per person seems stingy.

Excellent quality ingredients. Carefully prepared and well-executed dishes. Excellent wine list, but above all, excellent service. Welcoming and attentive staff, without being overbearing. I would definitely return to this place.
