Just left this hosteria with friends......highly recommend....sophisticated dishes.Excellent raw materials, attentive and courteous service.....drank excellently.....

Spectacular and refined versions of classic Piedemont food and some less traditional dishes as well. Must go again! Update: had the tasting menu with matched wines two days in a row - not two same dishes or wines, still all excellent!

Excellent food, from the raw material to its preparation, attentive but not suffocating service, bill commensurate with the quality and quantity of what we ate. Clean environment (the kitchen is completely open) and tastefully furnished. The two of us had an appetizer each (a sensational poached egg with asparagus), two first courses and we shared a generous second course. All washed down with a bottle selected from a very notable wine list. To end on a high note, a generous portion of tiramisu. Highly recommended.

Refined and modern place, very helpful and kind staff who know how to advise the customer in choosing the wine appropriately paired with the dish. Dishes with quality raw materials and refined taste, cooked with experience. Absolutely recommended.

Good food, discreet service, a particularly grumpy waiter with greasy hair.....good wine but the price is too unclear...excellent food anyway

Ristorante che si riconferma perfetto ogni volta. Abbiamo ordinato il Menu degustazione sei portate per la cena del 31 dicembre e abbiamo apprezzato ogni piatto, tutto davvero squisito. Staff preparato e gentile. Non vediamo già l’ora di tornare!

The place is a mix between a home restaurant and a hint of the East The place is very clean and tidy, it feels like entering a friend's house At the bottom on the left, the open kitchen looks like a sushi kitchen with the counter ready to serve excellent delicacies But no, the chef, despite being Japanese, offers very high-level Italian cuisine The dishes are prepared and it feels like eating in a starred restaurant We went for New Year's Eve and there wasn't the classic dinner menu but à la carte dishes or 6/8 course menus based on hunger and palate Whichever dish you choose, the certainty of quality and taste can be felt in the whirlwind of flavors that explode in your mouth Truly an excellent and quality place They accept dogs and the wine list is like a phone book 🤣🤣 A++++++++ My compliments go to the chef, the splendid staff and the impeccable cleanliness

An elegant restaurant at the main "entrance" to Barolo. Dishes of both traditional local cuisine and modern, original dishes prepared by the chef. The wine list probably has several thousand items. For gourmets and wine lovers.
