Amazing food and service! Tasting menu with wine. Not the cheapest place but the food was absolutely amazing and the service was the icing on the cake! I have an allergy and they adapted the food for me without a reservation and it was amazing! I'm not the one who takes pictures of the food but it was so nicely presented. 2 of the pictures are with my adaptations ❤️

We got here by chance, it was raining and looked for a place to have lunch. Thank you, rain! This is one of the best meals evere have had in Italy! Excellente service, food presentation and taste are too 100!!!!

Review: Tasting menu with wine pairing at La Gemella Barolo The evening at La Gemella Barolo was a real experience. The tasting menu was excellent - every dish was very finely balanced in terms of taste and prepared with great attention to detail. You can immediately tell that the food here is cooked with great care and quality. The wine pairing was perfectly matched to the menu. The wines complemented the flavors of the food beautifully and were explained very well. It was particularly nice that we also learned something about the origin and character of the wines. The service was very friendly, attentive and professional. You feel well looked after without it seeming too stiff. The ambience is also stylish, cozy and invites you to linger. Overall, it was a completely successful evening. Anyone who appreciates good food, suitable wines and a pleasant atmosphere has come to the right place at La Gemella Barolo.

Impossibile esprimere a parole la cura ed i sapori assaggiati in questo ristorante. Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione che comprende tris di antipasti, strepitosi; plin come primo; una bomba di sapore; brasato al Barolo come secondo, indescrivibile; Bonet e cheesecake come dolci, accompagnato tutto da calici di vino accuratamente scelti. Ristorante che si riconferma perfetto ogni volta. Abbiamo ordinato il Menu degustazione sei portate per la cena del 31 dicembre e abbiamo apprezzato ogni piatto, tutto davvero squisito. Staff preparato e gentile. Non vediamo già l’ora di tornare!

20/04/2025: During our stay in Borgo San Dalmazzo, we chose L'Orso Bianco for breakfast every morning, and we were always fully satisfied. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive, making each visit pleasant and smooth. The breakfast offering is varied and well looked after: an excellent selection of both sweet and savory dishes, with fresh, quality products presented with care. We really appreciated the soft brioches, the stuffed focaccias and the freshly baked sandwiches, perfect for every type of taste and need. The freshly squeezed juices, prepared on the spot, are an added value that gives an edge to breakfast, offering a touch of authenticity and energy. The place is clean, tidy and has a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for starting the day in the right way. The service is fast, efficient and always accompanied by a smile, which really makes the difference. L'Orso Bianco is a safe choice for those looking for a complete, quality breakfast with impeccable service. Highly recommended for those who want to get off to a good start every morning.

21/05/2025: Always the best. Since I was a child I have had in my mind the kindness and cordiality with which these gentlemen and ladies can improve a person's day. They have always been fast and efficient, and always welcome each customer with a smile and a "good morning" from the moment you enter the place. Always excellent coffee, and delicious croissants. Five stars are not enough! Congratulations.
