While I was heading towards Volterra I decided to stop for lunch at Locanda il Boschetto. It was a great experience. Dario is a lovely person, very sociable and he gave us lots of useful information about the culinary specialties of Tuscany. Excellent Tuscan appetizer. The fillet I ate was sublime, tender, obviously rare, really good. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù were also very welcome. In addition, Dario offered us a delicious homemade digestive and coffee. Absolutely recommended

Excellent experience. The dishes, typical of the Tuscan tradition, are excellent and plentiful, the environment is rustic and the owners (very nice) make you feel part of the family.

I tried the restaurant and it was incredibly good! All courses were so fresh and delicious, I tried melted cheese with natural honey and plate of jamons. And for main course plate of susages and meat with paper. I can say they staffs and chef were all so kind and friendly, I had a great experience here!

Ci siamo fermati per una pausa durante un’uscita in moto sulle colline toscane . Nonostante fosse a pranzo ci hanno proposto una ampia scelta di primi e secondi. Cucina Toscana , conduzione familiare molto simpatici e disponibili. In una zona bellissima tra Volterra e San Gemignano, ampio parcheggio
