It's an excellent restaurant that also offers a couple of guest rooms.
Located in a historic building in the hamlet of Frassino, it serves primarily traditional dishes from the Varaita Valley, using local ingredients.
The food is truly high-quality without being expensive. I would increase the portions of the first courses, but that's just my personal opinion.
The comfort of the hotel section is affected by the structural constraints inherent in a historic building, which nevertheless retains its character.
The breakfast is truly excellent, plentiful and made with quality ingredients.

Excellent food and a very pleasant atmosphere.
I wasn't happy with the portions, which were far too small, especially the meat dishes, which should curb your cravings for something savory while you wait for dessert... luckily, the bonèt that ended the meal was simply spectacular! Service was a bit slow, so take your time.

I come to Frassino once a year with my partner, only if I Chimi is available! She's the sister of a former Carabiniere from Casteldelfino, and from the first time we came here to visit him, we had a wonderful time.
Excellent food, a perfect breakfast, warm, clean, and welcoming rooms. It's still the place I think about most all year round 🥹 We've even tried changing locations, but nothing beats them.
Congratulations to all the staff.

The staff were incredibly kind, something I've rarely encountered, attentive and caring. We slept in the attic, which was very minimal but had a very comfortable mattress and a pleasant shower. I recommend the restaurant because the ingredients are top-quality, the pasta is handmade, the focaccia is amazing, and you'll want seconds of every dish. A top rating from me.

A beautiful place for both dining and staying! The hosts, Chiara and Simone, are superb, as are all the staff—young, enthusiastic, and polite. It was truly a wonderful experience. I used it as a base for mountain hikes, and it's perfect because it's away from the hustle and bustle of Pontechianale. The quality/price ratio is excellent. What can I say... highly recommended!

Questo posto è perfetto per un pranzo informale, ma anche per un prano formale, è perfetto per andare in coppia, ma anche per andare in famiglia, è perfetto per mangiare superbene, ma anche per spendere poco.
Cibo di ottima qualità, cucinato superbamente, personale gentile e sorridente.
Da quando l'ho scoperto non posso fare a meno di tornarci.
