As soon as you arrive, you immediately notice the professionalism and dedication to work structured with a lot of passion. The restaurant is very particular, but induces calm and surreal serenity which, accompanied by Chef Candiano's excellent food, transported us on a wonderful tasting journey. A note of merit also goes to the staff who made us want for absolutely nothing with grace and courtesy. We had dinner, and in this place I made my successful marriage proposal and I couldn't have chosen better. I recommend the Essenza Siciliana tasting, and the pasta with squid ink and sea urchins was truly a masterpiece. I give 5 stars because I can't give more. And my hope is to be able to return when possible.

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida serata alla Locanda di don Serafino, il ristorante stellato che non ti aspetti: cortesia, totale mancanza di affettazione, competenza ed attenzione per il cliente. Il locale e’ davvero suggestivo, le pietanze ricche, gustose ed esteticamente perfette, anticipate e completate da raffinate entree e piccola pasticceria di rara bontà’. Per finire una visita alla superlativa cantina. Consigliatissimo per trascorrere una serata in compagnia in una cornice davvero meravigliosa.

Una de las mejores comidas que hemos tenido. La comida era excepcional como era de esperar, al igual que el vino. El restaurante en sí es tan hermoso y el personal es excelente. Realmente disfruté de toda la experiencia y recomendaría encarecidamente a cualquiera que esté en la comida. Ellos se acomodaron a mis necesidades dietéticas sin absolutamente ningún problema y el pan sin gluten era genial! Un punto culminante de nuestro viaje.

A 360° sensory experience. The place is wonderful, housed in a cave, the staff are kind and knowledgeable, the cellar and the choice of wines are exceptional. An experience to indulge in from time to time, with those you love.

29/12/2024: We returned after several years, the experience this time was disappointing. We took the tasting menu, with 8 courses, a few days later, I don't remember one. Tasting of trattoria bread. The bathroom needs more careful management, and in any case the lack of attention to detail is evident in everything, from a starred restaurant I expect more attention, care, passion. The staff were friendly, but overall an unremarkable experience.
27/12/2024: It's a unique experience. You don't go to eat but to enjoy the flavours. The expectations were very high because I had already eaten in a starred restaurant (1) and if I have to be honest I expected more from a 2 star. But I can't say I didn't leave satisfied. Advise

17/02/2025: Locale ben curato e cibo ricercato. Servizio ottimo. Buona la rivisitazione dei piatti anche se semplici. Forse si dovrebbe dare anche più spazio nel menu alle carni. Buona la lista dei vini
