Pleasant place, just outside the town centre. Tasting and à la carte menu. Very special appetizers with excellent red mullet. The black spaghetti with sea urchins is very good. The lamb rib is also tasty. The various desserts are also very good. Professional and kind service.

A dinner that I will remember for a long time. Each dish was an explosion of taste, with original but always balanced combinations. The staff was attentive, kind and very professional, helping to create a relaxed and refined atmosphere. You can perceive passion and great care in every detail. Absolutely worth trying.

Espectaculares edificios circundantes en la base de un acantilado en el borde de Ragusa Ibla. Recibimos una cálida bienvenida del frente del personal de la casa, incluidos los dos chicos que iban a ser nuestros camareros para la noche.
Estábamos emocionados de probar la comida de Vincenzo Candiano seleccionando el menú degustación “Origini” y vuelo de vinos para acompañar.
Por supuesto y después de la comida era increíble con la presentación es lo que uno esperaría de un restaurante de estrellas Michelin. Incluido, por supuesto, el plato de bienvenida, así como la bolsa de diversión del chef que eran encantadores - le gustó la pastelería de espinas de pescado y el ratón de langostinos especialmente
Desafortunadamente nos sentimos un poco decepcionados por el vuelo de vino para acompañar - dos vinos que sentimos que no coincidían con el plato, tanto eran extremos de la botella y vasos vertidos ni siquiera coincidían en cantidad - realmente sentí como el sumiller estaba gastando algunas probabilidades y extremos.

Starry experience in all respects!
Carefully explored and studied courses, service and times! But too much and never too little, it's all in perfect balance!
If you manage to visit the cellar (among 10 in Italy) it will be the plus of this experience! I've already been back and will continue to go! Therefore super recommended!

As soon as you arrive, you immediately notice the professionalism and dedication to work structured with a lot of passion.
The restaurant is very unique, but it induces calm and surreal serenity that accompanied by the excellent food of Chef Candiano transported us on a wonderful tasting journey.
A note of merit also to the staff who made us miss absolutely nothing with grace and courtesy.
We had dinner, and in this place I made my marriage proposal successfully and I could not have chosen better.
I recommend the Essenza Siciliana tasting, and the pasta with squid ink and sea urchins was truly a masterpiece.
I give 5 stars because I can't give more.
And my hope is to be able to return when possible.
