02/12/2024: Very nice and also very good overall, only the speed of the service, menu served in quick succession (I wouldn't offer such a large menu at lunchtime, when everyone wants to take a "well-deserved" break) and the attention regarding wines, was unfortunately something average. Nevertheless, of course, thank you very much 🙏🙏

29/11/2024: A unique experience. True, authentic cuisine marked by the exceptional wisdom and mastery of Sultano. It is a journey through places and memories, an amusement park of flavours, smells and textures. The spirit of Sicily is well imprinted in every ingredient and preparation, the research behind it is evident in every course. The service is impeccable, very attentive and prepared but light and almost informal, wanting to totally convey the spirit of the Duomo and putting the customer at the center but at ease straight away, almost feeling at home. The environment is warm and welcoming, from the lights to the music to the always spot-on choices of the mise en place. The prices are in line with the level in question (maybe even a little less in reality) but in any case, the experience you live is priceless.
