I was in Perugia to visit a dear friend of mine who introduced me to this lovely restaurant located on the outskirts of Corciano. Friendly and professional staff, always available for every request. Really excellent food with fresh and tasty products. Excellent quality/price. Accept Fabio's advice regarding the choice of wines, you won't regret it. I also recommend trying the delicious thousand leaves prepared by them!

Very nice restaurant, excellent food, quality, well presented, average prices, the only discord concerns the service, i.e. the waitress, as soon as the customer finishes a dish, even if the other diners at the table are still eating, he comes to take away your plate, even passing in front of the other guests, and it's quite annoying, fix it, thanks.

A place that you choose with the certainty of feeling really good, at 360 degrees. You can see the care and research in everything, from the raw materials to the wine list. The staff is super professional and welcoming. Let us recommend the wines, you won't regret it 🍷

I have been in Perugia for a week and I have had the opportunity to try various restaurants in Perugia and this one beats them all for quality, choice and service as well as for the freshness of the raw materials and even the millefeuille like it used to be (healthy not crumbled 😅 ) with freshly whipped cream. Unfortunately I didn't photograph everything

Confermo la soddisfazione per la qualità dei piatti e per la cortesia del personale. Unico suggerimento: rinfrescare la tinteggiatura delle pareti , purtroppo la parete attaccata al nostro tavolo è da rivedere! Per il resto molto bene.

Deux frères sympathiques dont un véritable œnologue ( propriétaire d une œnothèque) Les plats sont un bonheur tant pour la vue que pour les papilles. Tous les plats méritent d être découverts . Nos choix se portèrent sur des crostini aux fleurs de courgettes , des tacos au tartare de thon, des gnocchi aux truffes noires disons. plutôt truffes aux gnocchi et des linguines à l ail noir. Divins

An inconspicuous restaurant pearl😍 where it's not overcrowded with tourists :) The food is fantastic! You can tell that only the best ingredients are used. The service is also great - there's nothing to complain about. I would eat there again every time🥳

05/10/2024: The dinner we had was excellent, first class; a whisker within perfect. Risotto with saffron, gnocchi al ragù, chitarrina alla carbonara, baccalà in tempura, maiale, and cicoria. The dishes were full of flavour; a mix of lovely elements, rich, complete, and near-always subtle rather than forced. The chicory was for some reason brilliant; good enough to convert anyone to bitter greens. Quantities were always right. The wine we chose, a slightly orange natural grechetto, also worked its magic. If our stomachs were any bigger we would have tried everything including the desserts, but I’m older and wiser and so ultimately chose a good night’s sleep over unrestrained gluttony.

13/10/2024: In the center of the town, small but welcoming, it is advisable to book in advance. Clean and dishes made with local ingredients, we will be back
08/09/2024: Among the countless refreshment points in the enchanting Rasiglia, we chose "La locanda del meno tre" 🍽: an overall positive experience. Starting from the great kindness of the owner🤵🏼, and then continuing with that of the staff in the dining room upstairs. There are not many tables, so we strongly recommend booking; especially due to the turnout in the village. Lunch was to our liking, varied menu (between first and second courses based on game 🐗 and freshwater fish 🐟 + numerous desserts 🍰) and more than sufficient portions; although, given the not exactly cheap prices, we would have liked them to be flavored a little more. The service, although quite quick, saw some slight mix-ups between the orders and the courses... Nothing that however compromised the meal 😋 of an "aquatic" 💦💧 day in Rasiglia...
