I was in this restaurant in winter and we had dinner in the dining room. First time, after having so many good comments on the food. The food is actually good and the search for local and/or particular dishes can be seen on the menu. I don't give 5 stars to the food because out of 4 of us at the table, I chose the pork chop which was dry given the thickness of the slice and not very elaborate; perhaps accompanied by a sauce, it would have been tastier. The rest of the dishes excellent. Very kind and attentive staff. Definitely ugly external location; it is located between buildings and the parking is very small and inconvenient when the place is not even full.

Dinner with friends in this very nice restaurant, I had been there before and I found the same courtesy and cleanliness as always. Recommended for those who love to eat well😍👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

A parte tutto il buono già detto da altri riguardo a menu, cucina, servizio e location, aggiungo che la carta dei vini è veramente eccellente come la preparazione del personale riguardo ad essa. Affidatevi pure al personale per la scelta, saprà guidarvi con esperienza e professionalità.

17/01/2025: Nice restaurant outside the city walls, with ample parking nearby. Excellent food, even the house red wine is delicious. Prices a little high.

08/01/2025: Ho avuto l’occasione di cenare presso "Il ghiotto" con amici. È stata un’ottima scelta. Il ristorante ha una buonissima posizione, l’ambiente è accogliente, il personale gentile e il cibo ci è piaciuto moltissimo. Io ho mangiato un’anatra squisita, tutti i piatti sono ricercati e raffinati. Da segnarselo, se si passa per Assisi!
29/12/2024: We stopped to eat by chance, before visiting the Basilica of San Francesco. The place is small but well looked after and finally a setting with cotton tablecloths! Seasonal menu with excellent raw materials. Well cooked and presented with description from the staff. Excellent homemade bread and an interesting wine list: we quickly selected a Jura pinot noir from the independent vignoiron. Optimal! We will be back and truly recommend it.
