I've only tried the restaurant. The cuisine is authentic, with trattoria-style portions, yet elegantly presented. Special mention goes to the homemade tortellini in broth and the light, non-greasy gnocco. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop by again to try other specialties. Highly recommended!

With the excuse of stopping by to visit some friends from Mirandola and San Felice S.P., we always make a date in Ponte San Pellegrino, at the Locanda della Fiorina. This way, in addition to greetings, we have the opportunity to delight our palates with the most authentic Emilian cuisine. And this time, our expectations were not disappointed—quite the opposite! After a series of appetizers accompanied by traditional fried gnocchi, we treated ourselves to a succulent trio of first courses: pumpkin cappellacci with sausage, bigoli al torchio with traditional ragù, and tortelli stuffed with mortadella, cream cheese, and pistachios. All washed down with an excellent Lambrusco, which served to further enhance the company.
To conclude, a dessert tasting, centered around an extraordinary mascarpone cream, and a final toast to which we also invited Paola and Marco, the wonderful hosts, who welcomed and pampered us in the newly decorated room with culinary-themed watercolors, specially created by the "Artificio di Mirandola" Artistic Circle, because at Fiorina, even art is locally sourced! What more can I say than to recommend anyone passing by for lunch or dinner within a 50-kilometer radius of this inn to make a detour, because you'll be pleasantly surprised. And if you like, just tell them I sent you!
P.S.: We even slept there (in the Glicine room) in absolute tranquility!

A very charming place created from an old renovated farmhouse, with new, colorful themed rooms. The service is friendly and polite, and the food is amazing, typical Emilian food. I recommend the red tortellone with radicchio and pumpkin, the braised cheek is top notch, the pasta is strictly homemade, and the desserts are always delicious. The Lambrusco wine from the area is infallible, exquisite with its pink foam... a delight for anyone's palate... the owner is very friendly, welcoming, and sociable!

Family lunch to celebrate my son's birthday.
Everything was excellent and plentiful. There were six of us and we lost for four, so we could try as many things as possible.
