La location è molto curata, l'accoglienza eccellente e l'atmosfera gradevole. Ampia scelta di pietanze, qualità negli ingredienti e nella presentazione. Tempi di servizio ottimi, giusta attenzione al cliente. Unica nota stonata, a mio avviso, il coperto che ha un prezzo che giudico eccessivo anche in relazione alla mise en place, per questo non raggiunge il massimo dei voti

I had dinner last month with three friends, all enthusiastic about this place.
I asked for a change to a dish on the menu and it was granted without any problem. Top quality products, right portions (anything but mini), good wine and friendly staff. I dream about this dinner at night! What else?

Locale meraviglioso composto da un team ben preparato e cordiale dove accoglienza e professionalità si respirano appena entri . Festeggiare il nostro anniversario non è stata scelta più azzeccata abbiamo preso due antipasti uovo pascolo (forse il piatto meno azzeccato della serata) e flan di cavolfiore ottimo , poi io ho preso il piatto che mi ha fatto svoltare la serata TORTELLO DI PALOMBACCIO VERAMANTE sublime ,poi siamo passati hai secondi carré d'anello e piccione veramente strepitosi dolci buonissimi con abbinamenti di gusto top grazie della serata spero di tornare presto

2024 review: They reopened the restaurant 200 m away at a different location. Small elegant. Maybe try to be too elegant and a bit posh. A bit overplayed service and the food is not excellent. I think they would like to get a Michelin star but they have to work quite much more for that.
2018: Review:
This is one of the most elegant restaurant in town in the most elegant hotel. It is situated on the main square and a few tables have a view but the rest is in the back. Nice atmosphere and good food. Very good wine selection and service. Good choice maybe a bit more expensive than others.

Very suggestive and well-kept location, as well as the welcome and service, all very courteous and prepared. The idea of letting us visit the cellar was very nice. We would like to recommend the palombaccio tortelli, which are really very good, and the pigeon, which is also truly delicious. The lamb ribs are a little subdued, very dry and not very tasty. Price perhaps a little high for the quality of the dishes taken, you can see that there is a lot of care and desire to experiment, but some dishes should be revised.
The chef's recipe left at the end of dinner to replicate at home is nice.

Refined and comfortable environment next to the Montefalco square. Mr. Paolo, an excellent host, attentive to customer needs, describes the dishes to you in a detailed and meticulous way. Lorenzo, the sommelier, does not lose sight of you for a moment and advises you on the best way to pair the chosen dishes with the most appropriate wine that enhances the flavours. Even the chef Pasqualino, who passes by the tables greeting and asking which dishes were liked, is really very kind... thanks for the excellent dinner and the care in welcoming. I will definitely come back.
