La Locanda del Teatro is a guarantee, a wonderful place, where Paolo welcomes you as if you were entering his home.
The rooms are beautiful and reflect the name of the restaurant.
As for the food, everything was truly excellent both in the raw material and in the execution of the dish.
Enviable wine list and cellar.
If you pass through Montefalco, don't miss this gem.

Cena ottima, piatti ricercati ma ben equilibrati, e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Servizio impeccabile, sebbene il locale fosse al completo, Paolo e il suo staff sono stati in gradi di farci sentire speciali e ben accolti, rendendo la nostra permanenza ancora più indimenticabile.
Lo consiglio vivamente a chi è amante del buon cibo e delle buone maniere!

Good service. Staff attentive, kind and happy to do their job.
Well presented dishes, quantitatively adequate. They use petals and flowers to decorate but on one of my plates there were 2 large rose petals and I didn't like them.
Appetizer of Chianina meat cut with a knife and very good seasoned.
I took the Carnaroli risotto with borage but I must say that the cooking was not optimal. The grain inside was al dente but the outside was soft, almost mushy... the taste was pleasant anyway...
Very good dessert..
Other diner friends took homemade tagliolini with wild garlic pesto and everyone loved it.
I'll be back.

Truly everything perfect!
From the Location to the Food, accompanied by an excellent service….all of high quality!
But the extra “weapon” of this restaurant is Paolo.
Always kind and present, from the welcome to the final greeting, not to mention his refinement in describing the dishes, not easy to find elsewhere.

Come non dare il massimo del punteggio ad un ristorante del genere!!!!!
Ristorante delizioso, abbiamo ricevuto in regalo il menù degustazione della campagna; 5 portate una più gustosa dell’altra sapientemente preparate dallo chef e narrate dai proprietari. Narrate perché sono state vera poesia per la vista e per il palato . Tutto ottimo, accompagnato da un vino delizioso. A fine cena mi è stata regalata una pergamena contenente una ricetta dello chef. Quindi siamo stati coccolati. Esperienza da provare
