One of the best restaurants of my life!! I went for dinner with my family, there were four of us. The place is very refined and elegant, and the waiters and staff in general are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We started with a tasting of their bread and olive oil, and a welcome drink, which was a vegetable soup. The bread was warm and soft, and the vegetable soup was excellent. Then we had three appetizers: a saddle of ham with focaccia and pineapple, an egg with parmesan and truffle, and a pumpkin pie with amaretti biscuits and sausage, and everything was truly delicious. Then we moved on to the main courses, two ducks with pumpkin sauce and a veal cheek with wine reduction. The meat was incredibly tender, cooked to perfection, and the pairings were excellent. We finished the evening with a dark chocolate parfait, three chocolate and chili crumbles, and a persimmon mousse. I think they were the best desserts of my life. For drinks, we had two glasses of red wine and water. The total bill was €270. I will definitely be back, highly recommended!!

The place is beautiful, meticulously designed, with a warm and elegant atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. We began by sharing an appetizer of hand-sliced ​​wild-caught prosciutto with torta al testo: simply sublime, excellent ingredients showcased with great respect. For main courses, we chose veal cheek with Sagrantino glaze and duck confit: dishes impeccable in both flavor and presentation. Authentic cuisine, refined but never artificial, with true and profound flavors. We also thoroughly enjoyed sampling their artisanal bread accompanied by an extraordinary olive oil, further demonstrating their attention to quality.
