The food was great and the service was very kind, even though the girls serving didn't know very well English.

During a motorbike trip my friend and I were looking for a place to eat well, we came across this little place in the centre of Gubbio, friendly staff, generous and quality portions, we will definitely be back, good work!

We stopped attracted by the outside menu, we had not booked and we were lucky enough to find a table for 3 free, the interior is small but welcoming, furnished like a real tavern/cellar.
Also inside there is a small display of local items to buy from sweets to wine to cured meats honey...
Friendly and helpful guys at the service
Excellent food I would return to Gubbio just to eat there again.
If you want there is also the possibility of eating at the tables set up outside next to the square.
What can I say if you are in Gubbio stop and eat at the Locanda del tartufo.

Small inn near Piazza Grande (famous for Don Matteo).
We were welcomed with an entree of crescia with oil and truffle.
Wine offered by the host and homemade food of excellent quality!
The staff was available to explain the dishes and give us anecdotes about what to see in the surrounding area.

We were at the locanda del tartufo with a group of friends. We were welcomed with an entree and had a great time, both for the quality of the delicious food and for the service. The quality/price ratio was also excellent. The portions were definitely generous. The staff was really nice. If only we could give more than 5 stars...

We were in Gubbio, we noticed this trattoria, a welcoming place, very good food (I recommend the pork butcher platter), very kind staff,,,,,what can I say, we were very satisfied,!!!! fair price 👍👍👍

No poco da dire. Pranzetto del sabato in quel di gubbio a base di piatti tipici. Presa la formula degustazione per assaggiare un po tutto e tutto ha trovato il mio gusto. Personale trovato cortesissimo
