Let's say that three stars are good as an average because we would need 5 or more for the quality and goodness of the food and for the service but as a counterbalance we would need one even less due to the inconvenient location due to the roads blocked due to the works but above all for the extremely miserable portions and always with the same rating the bill which despite having booked through theforck with the 20% discount which was not given to me at the time of payment therefore evaluating everything on an average would be 2.5/3 stars at most

We only ate lunch. Truly great food!!!

The starter is good, the first course is very good, the service is good, but the one who makes the difference is the very kind and friendly landlady, congratulations

We had lunch today at Locanda del Duca. In an excellent central position, it has a fairly large main room and a welcoming outdoor area even in winter. Excellent experience. I would like to point out, first of all, that they managed to satisfy my 10 year old son with a menu entirely based on truffles. The egg is excellent, the umbricelli are exceptional and the cheesecake also with truffles is interesting. In my opinion, the truffle honey poured on the cheesecake is slightly cloying "in the long run", but still a subjective question. Ravioli with braised meats, pears and walnuts very good even if they arrived here without the walnuts. Despite the filling, the presence of cheese, delicate and very digestible. In our opinion, the chicken fricco was excellent. Very tender meat and a really tasty dish. The tagliatelle is also good, always with truffles. Maybe not top because my wife likes it a little more natural but excellent quality. In terms of quantity, perhaps slightly reduced. The guys who served us seemed attentive, with that slight "detachment" which for me is a positive note. The cheesecake with persimmon jam was honestly a bit "flat". Maybe next time we'll try some other dessert... Fair price with the "fork" discount. We will gladly return as soon as possible!

Finding ourselves in Gubbio and intrigued by the place's participation in 4 restaurants, we decided to opt for this place. The mixed croutons were too hard and burnt, in fact the burnt flavor covered everything on top! The pappardelle with wild boar was really good but the umbrellas with truffle were nothing special... I also doubt that that was a fine black... The bill was a little over the top.

Addentrandoci nelle stradine del centro storico(che di sera sembra camminare in un presepe), c'è questo grazioso locale non molto grande ma curato nel dettaglio davvero bene. E dopo abbiamo anche scoperto che ha partecipato al programma 4 ristoranti, ma è solo un dettaglio perché è la cucina a parlare per loro🙂la signora che ci ha servito è stata molto simpatica e attiva, anche nel consigliarci alcuni piatti. La cucina è tradizionale e con porzioni giuste, chiaramente tutto ottimo! Lo consiglio senza problemi, non rimarrete delusi

Durante il nostro soggiorno in Umbria, pernottando a Gubbio, abbiamo cenato 2 volte in questo ristorante. La prima volta lo abbiamo scelto a caso, la seconda volta ci siamo tornati perchè molto soddisfatti della prima cena. Il locale è abbastanza piccolo ma molto accogliente, curato nei dettagli, pulito e con cucina parzialmente a vista. Il cibo è di qualità medio alta ed è proposta un'ottima carta dei vini. Noi abbiamo scelto, entrambe le sere, i menù turistici, solo più contenuti nelle porzioni rispetto ai piatti alla carta, trovandoli di buonissimo livello. Il titolare è una persona simpatica, cordiale e gentile ed anche il resto del personale è molto disponibile. Lo consigliamo e se ce ne sarà l'occasione, torneremo volentieri
