We had dinner about a week ago during a stop in beautiful Gubbio for holiday. All very good, both the starter with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses and the steak with porcini mushrooms and the chicken "special". The rosé wine was perfect and accompanied all the dishes perfectly. The owner was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Compliments to the staff, really very friendly and efficient. Very interesting menu suitable for all palates and even the youngest guests. The fixed menu proposals are excellent (I took the "Tartufo" one, very good indeed). Quick service and quality dishes. Prices more than fair.

We tried the very good butcher's set menu, especially the first one. Friendly, pleasant and punctual service, especially the waitress with the earring who did not skimp on the information requested on the dishes

On holiday in Gubbio I specifically looked for this place seen in the episode of 4 restaurants. I found a very welcoming place with efficient and very courteous staff. The food was delicious with excellent quality raw materials, and the quality/price ratio was also excellent. A must try for anyone visiting this beautiful medieval village.

Excellent quality lunch. While visiting Gubbio, we decided to try two of the three menus that the restaurant offers: pork butcher and truffle. Consisting of three courses (norcino with a first course, a second course with side dish and dessert - truffle with appetizer, first course and dessert) they delighted us and made us enjoy Umbrian dishes. Recommended restaurant for a pleasant break while visiting the town for the fast and professional service together with an excellent job of enhancing the ingredients to prepare quality dishes.

Accogliente il locale, personale educato ma disattento, servizi igienici..... soprassediamo!!! Non si mangia male ma non da tornarci, una delusione........

Attratti dalla visita di Borghese per i 4 ristoranti , io e mia moglie decidiamo di cenare in questo tipico locale di Gubbio nel cuore della città medievale, che vanta la licenza più antica del comune. Alcuni tavoli all’aperto vista la bella serata, ma preferiamo cenare all’interno. Locale rustico e accogliente. In sala il patron Riccardo ci da’ il benvenuto. Umbricelli al tartufo per me e pancia di maiale porchettata con cipolla al profumo di arancia e castagne al miele e rosmarino, cotta a bassa temperatura per mia moglie. Funghi porcini arrosto. Tutto estremamente delizioso. Riccardo persona molto cordiale e premurosa ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Prezzi nella norma. Raccomandatissimo per qualità degli ingredienti e cordialità del personale tutto. Complimenti!!!
