Fabulous cured meats, very light and fragrant fried cake, fried polenta that is crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The truly special candies with guinea fowl filling, the wonderful pork fillet. Even the homemade bread served warm. The wine at the perfect temperature... Fast, courteous, precise service. Truly a pleasant surprise. Multi-seasoned culatello, all very good, with focaccia cooked to perfection, crunchy and digestible. The heart of raw cut artichokes is good enough to ask for an encore. Beautiful and delicious pumpkin cream soup. As a dessert, half a lemon sphere delivers a chocolate puffed rice wafer.

We came to Parma from Feltre and wanted to eat something typical. In the Locanda del Culatello in Soragna we found what we were looking for
. Ate very well. The products are of excellence, served with care and professionalism. Very kind and well-trained staff. The owners Ivan and Francesca are very friendly and welcomed us as welcome guests. Highly recommended

And the first time, Ivan the owner was very kind, professional and friendly, the staff was also very present, I found myself with people who make you feel at ease, the only sore point was when we ordered 2 craft beers called Verdi, he offered us another unfiltered dark one called amleto.ok good for 0.50l €24. Too bad it's not the first time I've drunk it and in other places I paid much less. Too bad that a beer sold to the public for 5.50 is excessively expensive.

Decisamente un valido posto dove passare del tempo gustando buoni piatti in un ambiente carino e contornati da personale competente e gentile. Flan di zucca, antipasto della locanda e punta di vitello ripiena alla parmigiana con patate.
