I really liked La Locanda del Culatello. The staff is attentive, polite, friendly and nice!!! The dishes are excellent and the cold cuts are also very good. Absolutely worth trying!

After the visit to the Rocca Meli Lupi, you cannot miss a lunch break in the center of Soragna (PR). I recommend the Locanda del culatello, because here you can taste excellent quality products and dishes typical of the area.

Yesterday I celebrated my husband's birthday in this restaurant and this is what emerged from my experience:
LOCATION: 8 (pleasant and very clean place)
MENU: 7 (excellent first courses, good second courses)
SERVICE: 8 (sociable and professional staff)
SPECIAL: 7 (culatelli good but not unforgettable as from
parts of Vidalenzo)
BILL: 8 (adequate for what you ate).

Couple's dinner.
I highly recommend booking in advance, because it is always full.
Appetizer of quality Emilian cured meats.
The choice of parmesan cheeses is varied and there is a new trio of exceptional Sardinian pecorino cheeses.
Gnocchi with parmesan fondue and very tasty Culatello.
Excellent fried cake and digested well (this is not a given). Excellent homemade bread, careful leavening.
The owner is careful to diversify and choose each food with quality and accuracy. Lemon sorbet 🍋 with dark chocolate rice biscuit at the end.
Nice environment. The upper room is recommended for couples.

Booked at the last minute, being just passing through, we found ourselves in a place where it felt like being at home, the owner was very kind and the service was very attentive, the dishes were an explosion of flavours, excellent cold cuts and side dishes, I ate a plate of snails simply fantastic....what can I say, I hope to find myself passing through another time, so that I can taste other delicacies, congratulations 5 stars don't do you justice.

Decisamente un valido posto dove passare del tempo gustando buoni piatti in un ambiente carino e contornati da personale competente e gentile. Flan di zucca, antipasto della locanda e punta di vitello ripiena alla parmigiana con patate.
