We stumbled upon it by chance for lunch during a visit to the Alta Langa. What can I say? Everything was truly perfect: delicious food, impeccable service, and a truly exquisite venue. Highly recommended!

We happened to be passing through Bossolasco and stopped at this beautiful inn. The interior is beautiful and well-appointed, and the young woman who served us was incredibly kind and helpful. As for the dishes, everything was delicious; the ingredients were top-quality! It was a fantastic lunch!

A simple place where the food is divine, with a few dishes, but tasty and meticulously prepared (all traditional Piedmontese). You're well-priced and get some truly excellent food. I recommend the vitello tonnato and the ravioli del plin, which I received with the roast meat sauce. The staff are friendly and always smiling, and the chefs are quick. Highly recommended.

The food was truly excellent, especially the poached eggs with a mushroom base, the veal with tuna sauce, which I'd say was superbly cooked, and the tortelli, which were truly delicious. The house wine (we chose a Nebbiolo) was truly pleasant. The waiters were very kind and helpful.

03/01/2026: We stumbled upon this lovely little place by chance and couldn't have chosen better! We wanted to try some good wine and some cured meats. The woman who served us was very kind and available to explain and advise, and she was very attentive to my food intolerances (gluten and dairy). Highly recommended!
29/12/2025: Beautiful venue with very friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Extensive cellar with excellent wines and quality food.

17/12/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday. It's a lovely trattoria with a large dining room and a slightly smaller one. The wooden beamed ceiling is beautiful. The service was always attentive and courteous, and the hostess was very friendly. We had a truly delicious meal, and the gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese was truly excellent. The wine list is comprehensive and high-quality. There's also the option of wine by the glass or in bulk, which I personally appreciate, regardless of your choice. The prices are below average, especially considering the quality of the food. Coffee and liqueur were also included, although we didn't try them. In conclusion, I don't think you can ask for more, so this trattoria is definitely worth a try.
