Pleasant dinner in a welcoming and informal environment. Friendly and competent staff (a very good young waiter served us). Traditional Piedmontese dishes very well made. To be recommended!

From the outside the place doesn't look like what it actually is. A family lunch, welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, fast, and the dishes prepared and very, very good.

Without a doubt, a must-see stop on a visit to Bossolasco. Very cozy place both day and night. Excellent food and presentation. We ordered several dishes to taste the menu and each one was a feast of flavors. Super friendly and attentive service. We will return

Delicious dishes with pure ingredients. The simplicity of the dishes makes them better.
The cook is from Argentina, the lady Italian.

Good restaurant in Alta Langa. The place overall is nice, even if the furnishings are anonymous, with horrible paintings on the walls. Nothing that evokes the Alta Langa... it could be anywhere else. You can eat outdoors, but there is a car park in front and the provincial road passes by with noisy motorbikes passing by. Much better to stay in the innermost room, also because it offers a panoramic view of the wild hills... fortunately they are still there, at that altitude.
The menu does not offer many alternatives, however the food is of quality and of normal proportions.
The veal with tuna sauce as a starter was too salty.
The ravioli al plin with roast sauce are excellent, even if slightly behind in cooking.
The cheek was very tender and cooked to perfection.
The stewed rabbit is also excellent, but this too too salty. I reported this inconvenience to the waitress; he pointed out to me that I made the slipper... I replied that it was actually very good, but too salty; she replied smiling: you can't have everything. Oh well... In any case, the staff is friendly and the service is fast.
The wine list offers a limited but quality choice and at medium-high prices. Overall it was a good experience.
The price is that of a higher level restaurant.
There were 4 of us. We had two veal with tuna starters; 1 ravioli al plin; a portion of bacon; 2 portions of rabbit; a portion of roast potatoes; a bottle of water; a bottle of Pelaverga "Fratelli Alessandria (€27); 2 coffees; 3 bitters. IN TOTAL €138.
All in all it is recommended... even if there are other interesting places in Bossolansco.
Remember: when ordering, make sure not to add too much salt!!!

Uitermate aangename én lekkere ervaring! Correcte bediening, attentvol voor eventuele allergieën. Schitterende keuken. Zowel klassieke langherole gerechten als toch wat meer mediterrane inspiraties. Écht een aanrader! Ook met kinderen!
