The menu is just the way I like it. A few dishes, but carefully prepared. The braised meat is excellent. The selection of local cheeses is amazing. Good wine list. I really appreciated the option of a traditional menu, with four courses, the same as those available individually on the à la carte menu, but at a very attractive price. Stefania

Lunch during a Sunday family outing: we were greeted by the friendly staff and the excellent selection of dishes. Honorable mention goes to the ravioli with Roccaverano robiola cheese and the tender braised beef.

Excellent traditional Piedmontese food accompanied by an exhaustive explanation and a warm welcome from the staff and an excellent cellar of Piedmontese wines, we chose a sparkling wine from Alta Langa! The interior is beautiful with wooden coverings and tables and chairs from a typical old inn, the outdoor garden is also convenient for hot summer days.

Per un passaggio casuale, anche se la zona l'avevamo già visitata, siamo entrati per uno spuntino. Cosa veramente gradita. Locale pulito, personale accogliente e gentile. Si può chiedere per un panino o per un toast, ma i profumi provenienti dalla cucina erano inebrianti. Così abbiamo consumato due secondi, un dolce, acqua e caffè. Strepitoso sia il guanciale che le polpette di pecora. Il tutto corredato di sughetto, purea ecc. Sublime. Consigliato assolutamente. Preferibilmente è gradita la prenotazione.

I'm sorry to leave a comment that isn't entirely positive, also because I usually only write favorable reviews.
We came to this restaurant attracted by the excellent reviews we read online, but unfortunately our experience did not meet our expectations. The menu seemed rather limited to us and, although some dishes were good, overall we did not experience the pleasure we were hoping for.
The bill seemed a bit high compared to what we consumed.
That said, I would still like to highlight some positive aspects: the place is very clean, the service is courteous and the bread was really good.

The place itself is touristy, so you'll pay a bit less for comparable food elsewhere. But if you're looking for a restaurant in this town, this is a good place to go. The service is very attentive.

A un paseo del hotel y se encuentra este pequeño restaurante encantador. Muy cálida bienvenida por los jóvenes propietarios. La comida era excelente. ¡La tabla de quesos era muy buena! Una botella encantadora de vino local para acompañar la comida fue excelente. El chef realmente se enorgullece de su trabajo y eso era evidente en la comida. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante.
