Stunning location, good food, spectacular tagliatelle with wild boar and very sweet and polite waitresses

First time yesterday, October 19th, a great discovery! A beautiful place both inside and out, immersed in the countryside. Ample parking and a garden with seating. Simple but well-kept. Let's move on to the food! Excellent, good quality. My appetizer was raw beef tartare with walnuts, cream cheese, and pomegranate. Excellent. I've only had a beef tartare this good in Sappada, Veneto, on my honeymoon! For my first course, I had the chittarrine with pumpkin cream, crispy black cabbage, and pecorino cheese. They were delicate but excellent. My husband, on the other hand, had pappardelle with wild boar. They lacked a pinch of salt, but for our tastes, it was even better. The flavor of the meat was better, and it had been perfectly prepared so that it lost the strong flavor of the game while still retaining all its flavor. For my second course, my husband had the beef tagliata with lardo di collonata. It was tender and delicious, so you could add a pinch of salt to taste! All in all, a tasty lunch and a perfect digestion! The late-harvest white wine was excellent! Highly recommended!

A wonderful culinary experience: excellent and plentiful traditional cuisine, with a wide selection of wines, all expertly recommended by Cristina, who, with unique dishes cooked with sublime skill by a talented chef, made for a truly pleasant stay in a splendid location. We will definitely be back to enjoy your specialties again. The warm crescia was also superb, pairing perfectly with the cured meats and cooked herbs. 👍👋

It's located in a scenic spot with plenty of parking and is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. There's a large indoor dining room and outdoor tables to enjoy the view of the hills, as well as a garden with a few children's playground equipment. It's a very convenient location. Friendly staff and fast service. The food is excellent quality and delicious, everything fresh and local. You need to book a few days in advance. We had problems with the website form and the phone calls wouldn't go through. I sent a direct message on Instagram, but there was a delay in responding. We finally made it! After several phone calls, that's why I'm giving the service 4 stars. We were a group of 9 people and a dog, who was offered a pebble in the water, so I'd also add that it's pet-friendly. We ate outside for dinner at the end of August, and it was very nice. If I may make a suggestion, it would be to put some lights on the tables to better see the food, which was certainly good, but the attention to plating deserves to be observed carefully.
