I passed by yesterday by chance, after having visited a medieval village nearby. It was 1.40pm when I entered, welcomed by a young man, to whom I immediately told him that I would have a dessert. He replied: that there shouldn't be any problem, but he had to ask permission from the boss, who would have had a completely different opinion. The tables at the entrance, both on the left, right and centre, were all empty, several people on the veranda, so it wouldn't have closed immediately. I have managed restaurants, even starred ones, we have never refused anyone, even for a salad. Under no circumstances should we underestimate a customer. I had already been to eat there, with my family a week ago and not for the first time, but certainly the last one. Attached only to money, lack of hospitality and welcome. Bows and smiles, few, that they give you when you enter, it's all linked to a business. Too bad!! They tend to make gourmet cuisine, but perhaps only on the plate, forgetting everything else, which begins when the customer sets foot in the restaurant, creating a cordial atmosphere of complicity, of which they are not capable.

Nice place, good lunch, attentive service. The dishes are traditional with some peculiarities. The little guitars with artichokes are very good, the fried lamb is excellent. The price is also excellent. Must try.

We returned to this restaurant for the second time. A Sunday lunch. The location is wonderful, we are among the hills of the Marche region immediately after Montefano. I took this opportunity to eat there for the second time, to enjoy their cuisine. I speak from personal taste:
The dishes for what they are also cost too much. My chicken in putacchio was not cooked well it was pinkish and slimy maybe someone likes it that way or maybe it depends on the chicken or the cooking. The tortelloni with ricotta and fighi seasoned with bacon resulted in a slightly loose filling and too much bacon (personal taste). We paid 35 euros each.

Classica casa di campagna, tenuta molto bene e arredata in stile rustico, con una bellissima veranda (chiusa e riscaldata) che consente una magnifica vista sulle campagne circostanti. La carne era buonissima (sia la battuta e il carpaccio di vitello di antipasto, sia la picanha e l’asado di secondo, mentre chi ha assaggiato la tagliata ha detto che era troppo “nodosa”), invece i primi e i dolci erano, a mio avviso, normali, niente di che insomma. Conto nella norma, servizio veloce e professionale.
