The dish, which made me go wow, the ricotta and lemon ravioli, with fantastic fresh extra fine peas, which rolled on the plate without sauce. Risotto with wild herbs, too much wild herbs, stringy herbs but an excellent lamb ragout. Piglet, with puree and cooked vegetables: Ok. Dessert: chocolate shortcrust pastry with white chocolate muss, strawberries, slices of asparagus and chopped pistachios on top. Good!! a good contrast. 2 wine pairings
