We visited Locanda 4 Cuochi and were thrilled. The restaurant, just steps from the Arena, is welcoming and refined without being overly formal. The service is impeccable: the staff is friendly, professional, and always available to recommend dishes and wines. The menu offers modern Italian cuisine, with great attention to ingredients and meticulous presentation. Each dish strikes a balance between tradition and creativity. It's truly a top-notch experience, with excellent value. Highly recommended for those who enjoy fine dining in a pleasant atmosphere.

Lunch on a Sunday in November. The food was excellent, but I was pleasantly surprised by the opportunity to color the tablecloths, for adults and children alike. A brilliant idea that's definitely worth the trip!

The moment we stepped into Locanda 4 Cuochi we immediately felt the youthfulness and desire to service by the staffs. Stone throw away from the Arena, this restaurant has all the elements to excel. The food was prepared with infusions of bold & unconventional ingredient mix… pleasantly surprised, we ordered duck breast, pasta, risotto & beef loin, yes all of them were culinary art pieces will lots of heart from the chef. Luckily we made reservations for a Saturday dinner. Thank you !!

This was an outstanding dinner. The service was great, the vibes were good, and the food was exceptional. We were excited for this restaurant and it more than lived up to our hopes. Each dish was stunning and almost every one was also supremely delicious. We started with the onion tart tatin (5 stars), the “fish and chips” (5 stars, best chips ever according to my 9 year old), the beef tartare (5 enthusiastic stars from my 7 year old) and the carrot dish (4.5 stars). We enjoyed the risotto a lot (5 stars but wished we knew it had meat) and three orders of the pasta e patate (5 big stars). For our mains we had the veal (5 stars), the duck (6 stars according to my 7 year old) and two orders of the egg in truffle (2 or 3 stars, it was not really a main course as it was just one egg and we didn’t like the flavor and texture combination). We had some wonderful local wines and the energy and joy in the restaurant was everything we love in a local spot.

The atmosphere is nice, the food is different, but the service is terrible!! The food comes in small portions and the staff are not kind to those without reservations.

The food was great. We had a gnocchi with mushroom cream and a pasta with guinea fowl. Both amazing. And for dessert a tiramisu, that was really good and a mille folgue that was ok The staff was not very attentive and receptive. But the food is worth the visit.
