A truly lovely place in the heart of Lucca, in one of my favorite areas. I'd never been there before, and it was a wonderful discovery! The service was truly kind and attentive, the food was good and plentiful, and the price was reasonable. I think it's even better in the summer. They pay special attention to intolerances, and my friend with celiac disease had some great options. The pappa al pomodoro was delicious and even more filling! For 6 appetizers, 6 first courses, coffee, wine, and water, it was €30 per person.

We had dinner here and would definitely recommend it as a friendly, traditional place to spend a lovely evening with friends. The atmosphere is typical of a tavern, with fairly slow service, which can be a plus for those looking for a quiet evening. Everything I ate (the platter, tagliatelle with sausage, leek, and wild boar) was truly excellent. The owner is very kind and courteous, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended if you're in Lucca!

New Year's Eve, 13 young people were placed in a room without heating. When they asked for heating, the answer was that it wasn't working in that room. The restaurant was practically empty; a change of table in a more heated room would have been appreciated.

Entering through the long historic archway to reach the small garden in front of the restaurant is already a rare and fabulous experience. The place is warm and welcoming, as are the owner and staff, whose kindness makes you feel special. The food is traditional—I recommend the artisanal pasta—and the flavors are authentic and authentic, reflecting the local area.

A true discovery in the heart of Lucca! 😊 "La Corte dei Limoni" is the classic place where you immediately feel at home, thanks to the friendly and passionate owner and a cuisine that expresses Tuscany in every dish.
The Zuppa alla Fratoiana is simply perfect—rich, fragrant, and full of authentic flavor (19 ingredients!!!). The other typical Lucca dishes are also meticulously prepared with quality ingredients.
A welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to return immediately. A restaurant where you eat well, feel good, and smile a lot, especially if you chat with Nicola, the owner! 🍷✨
