The cooking course was great, you learned a lot that you didn't know, even if you tried everything yourself. Highly recommended Super nice atmosphere and delicious wine You can also have a great chat with the other participants and make contacts and sit and chat for a long time after the course.

18/05/2025: We went to the barrique for a stag party to do a tasting, we organized it via email as we don't live in the area, Iacopo immediately gave me the impression of a very prepared person and above all passionate about his work, something that he transmits to people in an impressive way, so we took a risk, we gave a budget and gave all the cards in his hand. We were really, really satisfied. Able to speak in a technical way but understandable to those who don't know much about wine. He made us have a lot of fun, between jokes and comparisons, in the end he became passionate and enchanted even those who didn't care about wine! He managed to satisfy even those who have "food problems". In short, a more than excellent experience!!! If a stag party ever happens again and we return to the Florence area we will definitely see each other again!!!
