The food was absolutely delicious! A truly fantastic location, with views over the city. The road to get there and the parking lot are less pleasant.

Il Strettoio definitely deserves five stars for its splendid terrace overlooking Florence. It deserves two stars, however, for the private road leading past the entrance gate, which is full of potholes, as is the parking lot, which is an obstacle course. But paving it isn't a good idea.
It deserves three stars for the food, though—neither bad nor good. The peposo was so full of peppercorns that it was almost edible. Finally, it deserves three stars for the service, because asking to change the glass when you change the bottle of wine seems a bit superfluous. So, you come here for the terrace; the rest could definitely be improved.

You know when you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained place with a view? Lo Strettoio is just that.
Tuscany, a view of all of Florence, a beautiful sunset. The option to eat outside is ideal on these summer evenings.
We shared two appetizers, followed by tagliata and ravioli with meat sauce.
Beautiful, definitely worth it.
