I celebrated the most beautiful and rewarding moment of my life thanks to a splendid environment, excellent service and simple but well-made food and great raw materials.

It's not the first time I've had the pleasure of dining at Storico, this time with my family for my parents' wedding anniversary. The place is very intimate and welcoming. Since there were 4 of us, we tried a bit of everything... the menu offers a wide choice of fish. We had various appetizers of very fresh raw fish, the tasty mixed fry and the delicate and delicious tagliatelle with tuna ragù. The grouper Milanese was also very good. Reserved but attentive service both from the two girls in the dining room and from the owner. Congratulations to everyone. We will definitely be back.

We were recommended this little gem by our concierge because it’s where locals would go - tick! We were warmly welcomed to a beautiful table and we were the dazzled with the most incredible, perfect Italian dishes - this is why we keep coming back to Italy. Bruschetta, a surprise crispy prawn dish we didn’t even order but I guess was a very generous amuse bouche, a main of fish sides of potatoes salad and tomato salsa and a Pinot Grigio that paired perfectly. We were not going to leave this venue without dessert. Such a beautiful, warm service with spectacular an Italian seafood-based food. Highly recommend this little find to anyone wanting something simply Italian.

Absolutely impeccable service and hospitality. I’ve been traveling Italy for a bit across multiple cities and I can easily say this was by far the best meal I’ve had. Nicola is an artist in the kitchen. I highly advise just telling him to do the colors spread and make what he likes. We had 4 courses and each one was somehow better than the previous. Mary runs front of house and makes you feel like you’re family. Nicola is also a wine maker so be sure to ask him about his bottles.

Best food I have had in Como. A true fine dining experience with incredible service that I will remember for a long time to come. Nicola, the chef is a true artist. We went into it not knowing how upscale it would be, so we were pleasantly surprised when greeted with what felt like true Italian culture and experience. If you take the time to ask the staff about the food you will quickly find the chef at your table chatting it up. Small, quaint atmosphere with well appointed features and expansive wine selection. You will leave with a full belly, happy memories and a place that no matter where you are from feels like home.

The food was good quality but the price was not worth it, especially in Como you can find seafood just as good for not so much extra cost. They will charge you for silverware and bibs. They ask you what you want your dish with as if it comes with sides but will charge you €15-€18 for it

Devo dire che è difficile trovare le parole giuste per descrivere l'esperienza avuta a Lo Storico. Tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato era uno spettacolo di sapori. Il pesce fresco, cucinato in modo semplice, aveva un gusto straordinario. Impossibile consigliare dei piatti specifici tra quelli che abbiamo ordinato perché ognuno di essi era speciale e memorabile. I crudi sembravano appena pescati, i gamberi imperiali impressionanti (provare per credere!), gli gnocchi al cucchiaio erano una bontà unica e potrei continuare... Il locale non molto grande e l’arredamento piacevole contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera intima e rilassante. Lo staff è gentilissimo e attento a ogni dettaglio e i padroni del ristorante trasmettono una sincera passione per il loro lavoro come raramente capita!

Purtroppo per il prezzo ho messo 4 punti. Tutto buono ma i camerieri sono super attenti e gentilissimi. Complimenti per il personale Eleganza per il apparecchiamento del tavolo!
