Lo Storico Caffe In Gallarate

23/02/2025: It wasn't the first time I ate pizza here and out of 6 times, only once, the cooking was acceptable!! Last night we were a nice company of 20 people. They come to take our drink order, but we ask first for a prosecco which in the end arrives after the beers 🤦🏼‍♀️ Very long waits, because they made all the "small" tables move forward even if they arrived after us. Raw pizzas, badly rolled out, worse seasoned!!!! The problem with this place is that the pizza chef is not able to manage the oven and the pizzas come out full on the bottom and undercooked on the top. The oven must also be cleaned between one batch and another, otherwise we will also eat all the burnt flour deposited on the bottom: the basics are really missing! It's sad because the place deserves it.

22/01/2025: A pleasant evening at the Gourmet Morani pizzeria. It is truly gourmet, a wide choice of pizzas with refined and well-matched ingredients. Preparation on sight in a refined environment. Service appropriate to the place. We'll be back.
