Objectively good, truly top-notch. Once upon a time, we'd say "let's go get a pizza," meaning something quick, simple, and without any major surprises. Things have changed, and Lo Spela perfectly embodies this shift. Very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.

A place with meticulous attention to detail, from the warm and welcoming atmosphere to the excellent quality of the ingredients, to the genuine customer service. I tried La Piegata de lo Spela, an explosion of perfectly balanced flavors: spicy and tangy homemade pork prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, and confit cherry tomatoes. The "Tagliate in wedges" (a sliced ​​pizza) are also highly recommended, a perfect option for those who like to sample multiple flavors without having to limit themselves to just one pizza. The selection of craft beers is also very well-curated, as are the desserts, perfect for ending the evening on a high note. A place where you can truly feel the passion for what they do and the food is excellent—highly recommended.

We wouldn't have found this place without the recommendation of our host at the Agritourismo Corte di Valle. The menu focuses primarily on pizzas. Perfect pizza dough with a variety of toppings, from spicy to sweet. They also offer delicious appetizers and desserts. On our visit, the cheesecake with a chocolate-covered base was served with grape puree flavored with rosemary – an unusual but very tasty combination for us. We arrived with a table reservation.

The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent. For two of us, we ordered two tasting pizzas, two classic pizzas, and two desserts, and yet we didn't have to get up that night to drink water, and we digested everything perfectly. The tasting pizzas were truly delicious, with a special mention for the revisited Marinara with steamed dough: it took me back to when my mom used to buy me a round red pizza from the bakery. In its simplicity: DEVASTATING. Friendly and courteous service. I recommend it.

Must visit when you’re in the area! Very creative menu, but also pizza classics, the do a kids Margherita if you ask. One of the best pizzas with perfect dough. Also, the staff is very friendly!

Absolutely fantastic pizza. The dough is perfectly fermented and light, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. We ordered a couple of their “classic” combinations to go, but the menu also features some creative options… like an onion soup-inspired pie, or one topped with swordfish sashimi. The restaurant has a large outdoor seating area tucked behind a nondescript two-story house. Plenty of parking.
