Lo Spela In Greve in chianti

We went there after hearing about it for the gluten free pizzas. There were 4 of us, 2 celiacs and 2 without intolerances. We got 2 appetizers and 3 pizzas and a folded pizza. Everything was very good, even the gluten-free dough!! On the desserts perhaps the taste could be improved a little. However, 5 stars are deserved. Compliments.

Very good pizza, original and with quality ingredients. I don't quite understand why 4 of us can but 6 of us can't order the fixed price menu with the various tastings and dessert. There is a coat hanger missing in the covered loggia, from personal experience I stood up for a moment and the chair suddenly overturned due to the excessive weight of the coat folded on the backrest... otherwise everything was perfect.

Out of the way pizzeria but worth the walk out of town. Traditional and gourmet pizzas, craft beers. Quick service. I count a little above average for gourmet ones

Probably the high expectations, the comparison with other "gourmet pizzerias" that Lo Spela draws inspiration from... we left a little disappointed. Tasting menu. Nothing to say about the dough or the cooking, but a little deviled chicken thrown onto a slice as the finale of the menu didn't seem up to par. The stuff is there, a little more commitment and imagination wouldn't hurt. I'll be back for a simple pizza.

It's not the first time we've gone there, but for the quality/price it's worth it....I'm sorry I didn't get to the dessert 🍰 because it inspired me

Da Perugia, andiamo a mangiare a Lo Spela. E merita qualsiasi viaggio! E adesso vi dico i perché. Appena entri, il calore dell’accoglienza, i dettagli curati dell’arredamento, la cucina completamente a vista, l’apparecchiatura: si nota immediatamente che nulla è lasciato al caso. C’è attenzione ai minimi particolari. Il personale è veramente preparato e professionale: ma non distaccato, ti fanno sentire a casa. Spiegano il Menu nei minimi dettagli e ti sanno consigliare e guidare. Le pizze? Materie prime di altissima qualità e maestria negli impasti, nelle lievitazioni e nelle cotture. Gli abbinamenti sono ricercati e c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta per quanto siano buoni!!! La pizza è leggerissima, si digerisce immediatamente e non dà mai il senso di pesantezza tipico! Provatela! La carta dei vini e delle birre è ampia, varia dall’Italia alla Francia : con bottiglie particolari! Lo Spela è e rimane sempre un’esperienza unica: se piace il mondo del gourmet non c’è alternativa. Se ti piace la semplicità, anche in questo caso, è il Posto giusto! Andateci, fidatevi, mi ringrazierete del consiglio, e noi continueremo a tornarci!

Siamo venuti a provare questa pizzeria dopo le ottime recensioni e per i tre spicchi gambero rosso. Le pizze normali ovvero quella di mio marito e mio figlio scelte da loro in versione napoletana, ottimo impasto e qualità degli ingredienti. La senza glutine buon impasto fatto da loro , mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, forse un po’ troppo cotta ma nel complesso è andata bene. Scelta di 4 birre senza glutine , io ho scelto la Meridiano 0 , buonissima, io non bevo birre ma questa l’ ho gradita molto. Dolce strepitoso , MIDORI SOUR COCKTAIL... IN STECCO, Mousse al limone, cuore di bisquit bagnato nel liquore midori, copertura al cioccolato bianco, sorbetto al melone giallo , veramente eccellente. Da provare assolutamente!
