Excellent pizzeria!! the food is top, there are various types and flavors of pizza to choose from. It seems that the raw material is good, but perhaps I would dare a little more with the condiments... (in my Naples there were only two anchovies!!). The service is excellent especially because it's nice to see the waiters always with a smile, it puts you in a good mood. For our dinner we give four stars because there is always room for improvement even in small things, such as the environment which leaves a little to be desired... the restaurant is located behind a complex of houses, it has parking inside but it's all dark and left to go a little; in short, it is difficult to understand where to go! I recommend it, we will be back

The pizza is very good. Digestibility 🔝
Light and at the same time very tasty, full of topping but not too much! Various pastries, soft or crunchy. I often come back to eat there. Now I can no longer eat "normal" pizza after tasting the spela pizza.
Last time we took the tasting menu. Advised.
Dessert - chocolate cheese cake the best!!

In my opinion, good raw materials, but from what they told me about them, it is not worth the price or the journey. The combinations are interesting and the raw materials look very good but in my opinion too expensive. For example, I took the pizza with tripe, I understand the dough, the high quality flour, the top quality of the tripe, I believe it but it's innards in the end and I think that 27 euros is a lot. Another example, my girlfriend took the stuffed margherita, yes a good pizza but as you find elsewhere even better both Neapolitan and Roman, I'll start by saying it's a stuffed pizza so it's a totally different margherita as I wrote above, but it won't make you lose your mind to go back and it's not worth 21 euros. But beyond the price, environment etc... The service was bad, inattentive from start to finish of service, quite slow and in the end the dessert arrived without a spoon and I had to get up to ask for it but maybe it was the wrong evening for me. Conclusion 95 euros for 2 for two pizzas, 2 desserts, two beers, water and coffee, think about it.

Once a traditional restaurant, today a young and refined pizzeria. Managed by a team of young people, it offers gourmet pizzas and traditional pizzas. The menu is online or on paper if requested. The pizza dough is particular, very light, some of their pizzas are double cooked. Among the desserts we tried an excellent cheesecake with honey and truffle. Medium-high prices, welcoming venue and service with easy parking. It's no longer the Spela of the late 90s, but it's worth it if you want to try a top-quality pizza.

Da Perugia, andiamo a mangiare a Lo Spela. E merita qualsiasi viaggio! E adesso vi dico i perché. Appena entri, il calore dell’accoglienza, i dettagli curati dell’arredamento, la cucina completamente a vista, l’apparecchiatura: si nota immediatamente che nulla è lasciato al caso. C’è attenzione ai minimi particolari. Il personale è veramente preparato e professionale: ma non distaccato, ti fanno sentire a casa. Spiegano il
Menu nei minimi dettagli e ti sanno consigliare e guidare. Le pizze? Materie prime di altissima qualità e maestria negli impasti, nelle lievitazioni e nelle cotture. Gli abbinamenti sono ricercati e c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta per quanto siano buoni!!! La pizza è leggerissima, si digerisce immediatamente e non dà mai il senso di pesantezza tipico! Provatela!
La carta dei vini e delle birre è ampia, varia dall’Italia alla Francia : con bottiglie particolari!

Siamo venuti a provare questa pizzeria dopo le ottime recensioni e per i tre spicchi gambero rosso.
Le pizze normali ovvero quella di mio marito e mio figlio scelte da loro in versione napoletana, ottimo impasto e qualità degli ingredienti.
La senza glutine buon impasto fatto da loro , mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, forse un po’ troppo cotta ma nel complesso è andata bene.
Scelta di 4 birre senza glutine , io ho scelto la
Meridiano 0 , buonissima, io non bevo birre ma questa l’ ho gradita molto.
Dolce strepitoso , MIDORI SOUR COCKTAIL... IN STECCO, Mousse al limone, cuore di bisquit bagnato nel liquore midori, copertura al cioccolato bianco, sorbetto al melone giallo , veramente eccellente.
Da provare assolutamente!
