Welcoming Italian family business run by father and son. Delicious pizzas and meat dishes. Plus homemade cakes and desserts. Perfect value for money. We ate there wonderfully for 4 days in a row during our trip to Milan.

I discovered this trattoria by chance. I tried it for lunch and it was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is family-friendly, the dishes are well-cooked and delicious. I tried the ricotta and raspberry tart... delicious!!! I'll be back.

18/12/2025: Wow the pasta was amazing, the wine was perfect, and the whole thing kinda cheap. Also the vibe was good and nice staff.
05/12/2025: A homey trattoria with authentic Neapolitan flavors. We began this journey with a shared sampling of friarielli and buffalo mozzarella bites. Then we sampled Signora Massima's authentic parmigiana, the true highlight of this little corner of Naples in the center of Milan. We continued with pasta e patate and fried pizza, which led us to conclude the tour with authentic babà and Neapolitan pastiera, which gave us a unique experience. Highly recommended.

04/06/2026: I always come to this Spontini on Via Arena because I really like it. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, fast, and the pizza is always excellent. I highly recommend it.
