Vegan options available; the staff was very helpful and friendly when I asked about them. My sandwich was delicious with sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, zucchini, and mushrooms. Good price and portion size.

I picked up a sandwich at this little gem and it did not disappoint. It was busy with the lunchtime crowd but no line. The server helped me with my order which only took about 10 minutes to make. I took it back to my Airbnb (be warned it can get messy eating this in public) and enjoyed every bite. The mortadella and sundried tomato with pistachios and cheese one is delicious and would recommend.

I stopped in because I was feeling a little hungry after visiting the Santa Croce Church. On this day (May 19th), two beautiful women were working at the counter; they were cheerful and answered my questions in clear, easy-to-understand English. The sandwich was so big I couldn't hold it with one hand, and it was delicious and very filling.

Discovered during a trip to Florence... The schiacciates are excellent, made with fresh ingredients and prepared right in front of you. A real treat. The same goes for the salads. They're generous portions and very good. A great place. Thank you.

It's not a restaurant, but a place where you can eat delicious schiacciata filled with all sorts of delicacies in a somewhat rustic setting but with pleasant service. Our expense of over €20 per person is because the food was washed down with a delicious full-bodied red (€28).

08/06/2026: THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO EAT IN FLORENCE So you want a great real Tuscan dinner at a great price with a great atmosphere with a great staff with outside and inside tables. You found the place. they have their own FARM and a couple of the pictures show pictures from their farm and in and it’s FARM a table with locally sourced food. What a great find. Enjoy.
08/06/2026: A fantastic place! The waitress was lovely, the prices were reasonable, and most importantly, the food was delicious! We highly recommend it.

31/05/2026: Excellent experience and ambience clouded by bad attitude. Strolling the side streets and minor avenues may often bring positive surprises. This will be one of them. An indeed nice spot away from the hustle and busy tourist tracks. Food is excellently well prepared. Not too much. Not too sparse. (Tosta crudo, risotto, formaggi) Served at the exact moment you are ready for it. Comprehensive - and impressive - winelist. So why just two stars for the ambience? Well this quiet evening, the owner (apparently) decided to be seated outside at the other table next to me. - He was noisy. Mainly on his phone. Watching late night shows while having his meal. Making phone calls. Informally having the staff at his table. Fine. OK. But smoking made it for me. I’d love to come back. Also with friends and family. With great pleasure. However this attitude needs to be adjusted.
