The food was good, but it took 45 minutes to serve some paninis—the slowest place in all of Italy! On top of that, they overcharged us for the cover charge, but I didn't want to argue because I was running late.

A young and vibrant place run by friendly staff. Here you can enjoy local specialties. Great for aperitifs. It's small, so reservations are recommended, but it's definitely worth it!

A very nice and well-kept place, located near Santa Croce. We were immediately greeted very kindly. The menu was extensive, and all the schiacciate were reasonably priced. The schiacciate were large, well-filled with fresh, quality ingredients, and very crispy and warm on the outside.

Relaxed and fun atmosphere. Recommended by a Florentine, and I'd recommend it myself. A special mention goes to Mielosa. Highly recommended, nothing like the commercial schiacciatas you've heard so many times.

The schiacciata looks more like a sandwich, good, but for that price, you can get better traditional schiacciatas in the center of Florence. The service could be improved, a bit rude.

08/04/2026: A quiet and welcoming place, perfect for enjoying a truly exceptional gluten-free pizza. As a celiac, I know how hard it is to find good pizza, but this was simply sublime: the best I've ever had. In addition to pizza, they also have a variety of truly delicious gluten-free desserts. It's also AIC certified, so that's a guarantee. The staff is super friendly and kind. Special thanks to Jonas!
