I've been to this restaurant several times, both with family and friends, and each time has been a confirmation. The cuisine offers excellent typical Aosta Valley dishes, prepared with care and great attention to quality. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-run, making you feel truly at home, which is not always easy to find. The service is always friendly and genuine. This is undoubtedly a place I will return to again and again, and one I recommend to anyone looking for an authentic experience.

I went for lunch on February 22, 2026, with my wife and son, and we were very impressed with both the food (everything was excellent) and the location (both the ravine we visited and the snowy walk along the path below the restaurant were beautiful). The people were truly friendly. We'll definitely return if we're ever in the area again.

A wonderful family-run trattoria in a spectacular location. All the dishes are delicious, but a special mention goes to the tortelli and the ricotta and chocolate cake. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is unique. The visit to the gorges and a walk in the surrounding area are also lovely. We'll be back!

Incredible restaurant nestled in the rock face near the famous Grotta (open during the day). Excellent service and friendly staff. Exquisite traditional dishes.

A historic restaurant built on the Busserailles Caves. Excellent food and very friendly staff. Adding a tour of the caves makes the experience unforgettable.

03/01/2026: The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. We had delicious polenta concia and an excellent tartiflette. Kudos to the very kind and helpful staff. We asked for information on what to do these days and they were full of suggestions. Highly recommended!

28/01/2026: A nice budget hotel. The most important thing is to choose a room with a balcony because the view of the mountains is wonderful. The breakfast is more than wonderful and the dinner is very delicious. I ordered pasta with seafood ingredients and various seafood fried dishes, which may be among the finest meals.
