Lo Chalet dei Gourmet In San giovanni rotondo

We had lunch at this restaurant and were very satisfied! Delicious Orecchiette! The grilled caciocavallo is delicious! Very kind waiters!

Going to dinner at the Chalet dei Gourmet means indulging in an excellent food and wine experience. High quality fish products, quality meat and cold cuts, delicious appetizers (we recommend the poached egg with podolico caciocavallo fondue and truffle flakes and the fish tartare). The pizza (Neapolitan-style crust, naturally leavened dough and high-quality ingredients) is among the best I've ever eaten. Worthy of mention are the cellar (among the best-stocked in Puglia and beyond...) and the gin and tonic (Top!). Excellent service and welcome, cleanliness of the toilets, kindness of the staff and of course the owner Giuseppe Sollazzo.

Definitely get the mixed grill for 20 euros you can't go wrong plus the restaurant is open 24hrs as we were eating late at 23:00

The menu cost us 25 euros (in other places it was a maximum of 20 euros including appetizer) and included two first courses. (Well cooked) a chop with potatoes and salad, fruit (withered) Coffee to have at a bar opposite! Otherwise they are quite clean and cook well!

Abbiamo gustato un delizioso piatto di linguine con astice e scampi, accompagnato da un pregiato vino francese bianco. Il gelato era eccezionale e i dolcini sono stati davvero una piacevole sorpresa. I prezzi si sono rivelati più che onesti, offrendo un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

I ate there on April 25th for the birthday of a very dear friend of mine and everything was excellent. Fresh and delicious fish; attentive and kind service; the comfortable environment. I will happily return.

We went to the Chalet for dinner, we had a good time in every respect. The Landlord's recommendations, both for the dishes and for the wine, were perfect. The collaborators are kind and professional, but with an owner like that it was almost expected. Prices perfectly balanced with the high quality of what they offer. My husband and I dined at Lo Chalet Restaurant this evening for the first time. The experience was completely positive: excellent food accompanied by the right wine, thanks to the advice of the kind and highly professional host. The same goes for all the waiters, courteous, attentive to customer needs and always available. We were on foot and far from our hotel, the owner offered to let us accompany him, avoiding a long walk in the cold of the evening. The price was proportionate to the quality of the products and the preparation of the dishes. Highly recommended. We will definitely return

Excellent food, service and environment. The only flaw, from my point of view, is that the dishes get cold almost immediately because the very beautiful dishes are cold. I recommend this place.
