Among the restaurants on Ortigia, we were pleasantly surprised here too. The portions are large, the waiting time and service are average. Let's look at the dishes. Spaghetti carbonara - the sauce was too thin and salty for us, we would rate it 3.5/5. Fritti fish mix - 5/5, the portion is enough for 2 people (according to our appetite). The fish was tender, octopus and squid were in the right consistency and quantity. We couldn't even finish it, so we asked for a takeaway box. They were attentive and didn't forget to put the lemon in it. Veal with lemon and orange - 4/5, the texture of the veal was not bad, but it didn't stand out. The sauce - although it was strange to us - was tasty. We will visit them again for lunch next time, and try the other dishes. The table next to us had boiled mussels, which were also very nicely served. Oh, and the bill is also more favorable than in the interior of the island or even in the market.

This is one of the original restaurants to open in the market. There is no pretense here as they rely on immaculately prepared dishes in both flavor and originality.

We stayed in Ortigia for two days, after the first lunch on the island we returned there for the entire stay... excellent food, delicious fish... and the kindness of the guys was unique... I recommend going because it's really worth it... it's located near the Ortigia market.

Great food, fresh products, attentive service. Simple place with a surprerior fish. In the market which could be a hinder for some, but it's worth to go there and taste the fish.

Uno dei migliori ristoranti di pesce mai provati, a prezzi decisamente competitivi. L'arredo è semplicissimo ma molto gradevole, il personale è estremamente gentile e accogliente; il resto lo fanno la qualità e l'abbondanza delle materie prime. Ottimi anche i vini alla spina e i dolci.
