The atmosphere is warm and rustic, with a mountain touch that immediately makes you feel at ease. The location is very convenient, with ample parking, making arrival stress-free. The highlight is undoubtedly the cuisine: a limitless culinary experience, in perfect "all you can eat" style, but with a quality that rivals that of à la carte restaurants. The dishes are all traditional and delicious: I tried the polenta in various variations, accompanied by pastin, cotechino, and a tender stew. Also not to be missed is the grilled cheese, a true delight. The service is friendly and attentive; the staff makes you feel welcome and ensures you have everything you need. The only small complaint concerns the wine, which I wasn't particularly enthusiastic about. However, the quality-price ratio is exceptional. If you're looking for a place to eat heartily and well, savoring the authentic flavors of the mountains, Insonnia is the right place for you.

Leaving aside the set menu in the absence of a different reservation, everything was good (special stew) and fresh, served by friendly and cordial staff.

Very cute and quaint restaurant with super friendly staff. They have a set menu that you can eat until you drop. The food is exceptional!!! Everything is homemade and made with local products. I've rarely had such a good meal!!!

A highly recommended place, they offer a €30 all-inclusive set menu. The quality/price ratio is incredible.

La qualità del cibo era molto buono, cose semplici ma cucinate bene. Buon ambiente, buon servizio. Il caffè purtroppo era acqua sporca. Per il tipo di cibo (buono, ma semplice) e quantità, 35€ prezzo fisso a persona mi sembra assurdo.
