Excellent experience! A welcoming, yet small, yet very intimate restaurant offering traditional Japanese cuisine, unlike your average sushi restaurant. The dishes are freshly prepared with fresh ingredients. The staff is very kind and helpful, as well as patient with their explanations! The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxed! It was too good and inviting to take a photo of the dishes in time! Hahaha, we finished it all right away!

A small, traditional Japanese trattoria, truly authentic, far removed from all the tourist influences. Believe me, it's because a dear Japanese friend of mine took me there. She's lived in Florence for years and goes there regularly when she wants to revisit the culinary flavors of her roots. Definitely worth a try.

Just want to say how amazingly genuine and delicious the Japanese food was here! We even came back a 2nd night as we enjoyed it so much. The flavors really bought us back to living in Japan! Never expected to find this in Pisa ❤️ the prices are a little high but for the authenticity and flavors it was well worth it 🫶 will be back on our next trip! Also highly recommend the Buta no Kakuni if you’ve ever had this before you know how good it is!

An extremely charming and authentic-seeming Japanese restaurant. Japanese people eat here, which is always a good sign. The owner is super sweet and the food is delicious. The gyoza were perfectly cooked and the karaage was wonderful.

For me, a Japanese person, being able to enjoy delicious Japanese home cooking is an oasis in Florence. On this day, I had braised pork belly and beer 😊 And today, I enjoyed a lunch set with miso katsu and fried fish, along with dessert. I am truly grateful for all the food and service 🙏🏼

I'm Italian-Japanese and I come to this restaurant very often with friends and family. I can confirm hands-down that this is the best home-style Japanese restaurant in Florence. Home-style food means there's no sushi, sashimi, or rolls, but simpler, more traditional dishes. The entire staff is entirely Japanese and is always very friendly and polite. The prices, considering the quality of the food and the prices these days in central Florence, are very reasonable. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants a 100% Japanese experience!

This place is not fancy. You get a straight-up classic bowl of flavorful ramen. And that's fantastic. Sometimes you just can't beat a simple Japanese dining experience, from the menu to the ambiance.

Delicious food, excellent service, and a stone's throw from the city center—what more could you ask for? My boyfriend had excellent eel with rice, while I opted for classic ramen. Everything was truly excellent, highly recommended.
