I've been there several times over the course of about two years, and it's always been a wonderful experience, the closest thing to a real Japanese restaurant. Definitely worth a try if you're a fan of Japan or Japanese cuisine.

A welcoming and well-kept restaurant, a true Japanese trattoria that exudes an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. I tried the Nagoya ramen and gyoza: the ramen was rich in flavor, with a rich, well-balanced broth and perfectly cooked noodles; the gyoza were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, truly delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, the timing was right, and the quality/price ratio was excellent.

23/11/2025: With friends, we visited the charming town of Empoli, adorned with Christmas decorations. We stopped for pizza and luckily stumbled upon your place. The pizza dough is amazing, very digestible, and the ingredients used for the toppings are top-notch. We're not from the area, but if we ever return, you'll be our go-to. The dessert was also delicious, so much Nutella in that light wrapper. Not to mention the prices, which are fair. Well done 👏👏👏
