Good Trattoria in Trastevere, friendly staff, good carbonara, excellent Amatriciana. We went there with Romans, I think it's a good sign if it's chosen by locals

The name of the restaurant said salad, so I ordered a salad. My son, who is in elementary school, enjoyed the salad, saying it was this delicious. It was a honey salad. In addition to salads, steak, pasta, and pizza are all great! When I came to Italy, I thought that even restaurants with good reviews didn't have good food, but I guess it wasn't the right place for a while. At L'Insalata Ricca, I experienced authentic Italian food that was delicious and not greasy.👍👍 All the staff are very friendly❤️❤️

Fui a cenar temprano (según los estándares italianos) y me trataron muy bien desde el momento en que me acerqué. Me alegró que mi camarero hablara inglés, ya que mi italiano es muy pobre. Me moría de hambre después de volar todo el día, y tenía una pizza de anchoas, un plato de almejas y mejillones, tiramisú y medio litro de vino de la casa, todo muy bueno y me pareció que el precio era muy razonable. Solo estoy en Roma por 3 noches y estoy tentado de volver esta noche - anoche fui a un restaurante mucho más caro con comida mediocre y una copa muy cara de vino terrible!

28/01/2025: I have been coming to eat at this restaurant from time to time for over 25 years. The location is decidedly "tactical", the environment is unpretentious but very familiar. The menu is simple but the dishes are always delicious, the service is courteous, efficient and friendly. I find that it has always had an excellent quality/price ratio. I can only recommend it (and absolutely don't miss their mixed starter!), truly excellent.
