Being tired of pasta and pizza we were happy to have found this restaurant in Trastevere. The salads, although nothing spectacular, are solid and good. An absolute surprise was an unexpectedly delicious Cacio e Pepe! Another surprise is a favourable price-performance ratio. Also wanted to say hello and to thank our waiter Raffaelle for being really nice and attentive!

Questa domenica dopo ferragosto stata difficile di trovare ristorante aperto. Ła fortuna gira sempre . Abbiamo trovato una ristorante ,,l’insalata ricca’’ !!!!! Favolose insalate ,spettacolare e richissime . Siamo nel cuore di Trastevere . Assolutamente chi mangia insalate Sara accontentato .Buon appetito Anche primi sono buonissimi , pizza ,pesce tutto fantastico Servizio gentilissimo

We chose this place as we were looking for somewhere for lunch nearby to our accommodation. We were greeted by friendly staff who were very attentive throughout the meal. The menu has so many options for salad that we felt we should try one each. I chose one with prosciutto and walnuts and my husband had a Caesar salad. We added focaccia in case the salads were on the small side but we didn’t need to worry about that - the portions were plentiful. Both salads were fresh and delicious! I rounded the meal off with a cold glass of house white which was perfect!

Pizzeria Pepe Verde

11/08/2024: I can't comment on the place as I dined outside. Escaping from the heat of the city of Rome I found refreshment in Rocca di Papa enjoying a spectacular view of the eternal city. But let's get to the point. I ate some excellent fried foods, especially the courgette flowers with chopped pistachios. Excellent, well-leavened, low-leavened pizza, cooked to perfection Fast and courteous service Price appropriate to the quantity and quality of the dishes. I highly recommend it if you are willing to travel from Rome.
10/08/2024: I went last night with my parents and we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and friendliness of the staff and the goodness and quality of the food and the raw materials used! The sublime artisanal fried foods, the super seasoned pizzas and the light and digestible dough (says this from someone who never digests pizza) we also had a truly delicious tiramisu. The price is more than honest, for all these reasons I feel STRONGLY recommending this restaurant. We'll see you soon to try the first courses (strictly homemade pasta) and the other delicacies offered on the menu! Thanks to the waiter Stefano and all the super friendly staff!
