Dining at l'inedito is a warm caress on a cold day. The expertly prepared dishes transform simple flavors into true explosions of flavor on the palate. Truffles are served generously, and the vast selection of wines allows for a wide range of tastes. And the caress continues with the bread and breadsticks. Their charcoal-baked focaccia is spectacular. Soft and with a grain of salt on the surface balancing the sweetness, it transforms it into an unexpected treat.
We ordered a Barbera d'Asti, which paired with the venison enhanced its flavor, sweetness, and aromas. Their desserts are not to be missed: the Barolo tiramisu, with its crunchy note, transforms the strong flavor of the Barolo into a perfectly balanced sweetness. The golden egg, on the other hand, is beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. A spectacle of flavor.
I'll save my comment on the wait staff for last. If eating at L'Inedito is a warm caress, the wait staff is the blanket that warms you. Always attentive, with a constant presence but never intrusive. They are ninjas! The bread appeared on its own!!! Highly recommended!

A well-maintained place, with friendly, attentive, and professional staff. We had lunch in a room rich in history and detail. The food was excellent, especially for those like us who love trying local dishes.

A beautiful restaurant all in exposed brick, it looks like an old renovated cellar, we had a divine lunch... tartare with white truffle... mixed boiled meat... veal with tuna sauce and a good bottle of wine

The place is very comfortable and the service is attentive. The menu features mostly simple dishes, but in keeping with local tradition. I'd say everything is excellent, and the white truffle, while not as heavily weighted as in other places, seems fairly in line with the price of the dish. The half bottle of Barolo is also convenient for a couple who will be "driving." I only took one star off the food because, apart from the truffle, the dishes are fairly simple—eggs, tagliolini—and perhaps a little effort could be made on the price.
The dessert is beautiful and delicious.

A wonderful experience at this delightful restaurant in the center of Alba. The welcome was warm and all the dishes were delicious. The wine recommendations were also very welcome. The atmosphere was warm and very pleasant. We'll be back.
