08/02/2025: A little gem of a restaurant where Piedmontese cuisine is enriched with creativity, with a limited number of dishes, all of excellent quality.
There were 3 of us for lunch and we all tasted really nice dishes.
As a starter: the poached eggs with leeks, fondue and savory crumble were creamy and very tasty.
As first courses we tried the ravioli al plin with fatty ox and pepper sauce and veal jus, simply spectacular, and the tajarin with chamois ragù were full of delicious seasoning.
Among the second courses we tasted the rack of deer and the baked lamb, tender and tasty.
For dessert, the paris-brest with hazelnut cream, meringue and caramel was a surprise, never tasted before.
What can I say, everything was exceptional.
Small place, best to book. Fair prices for excellent quality.
Highly recommended!

Creamed Carnaroli rice, pumpkin, gorgonzola, rosemary powder, pumpkin seeds
Poached egg, fontina fondue, leeks, roasted chestnuts and savory crumble
Poached egg, fontina fondue, leeks, savory crumble, white Alba truffle
Paris-Brest, hazelnut cream, meringue and toffee
Coffee cream, dark chocolate icing, apple paste
