My husband and I stayed two nights at the hotel, and I must say the bistro proved to be the real added value. We discovered traditional yet innovative cuisine, using high-quality ingredients and clever combinations (and we sampled much of their offerings). The service provided by the friendly Ibrahima was also excellent.

I visited Bristot Linea Uno, and it was an absolutely unforgettable culinary experience. From the moment I entered, the welcoming and refined atmosphere immediately struck me, a setting that perfectly blends elegance and comfort. The management and service were impeccable: every member of staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness, making us feel immediately at ease. But it was the food that truly stole the show. Chef Ahmed, with his undeniable mastery, demonstrated a keen eye for every single detail. Each dish was prepared with obsessive attention to ingredients, technique, and presentation. The selection of the freshest, highest-quality ingredients was evident in every course. A dinner I highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable gastronomic experience!

The restaurant is very warm and peaceful. The milanesas are delicious, and Isarahia's service is excellent. She served us courteously and was attentive to every detail.
