Bravi Bravi Bravi Innanzi tutto sito chiaro, con menù dettagliato e possibilità di prenotare un tavolo online senza passare ore al telefono. Il locale è piccolo con pochi tavoli, ma c'è la possibilità di bersi un bicchiere di vino o di birra fuori su una serie di sedie e di panchette. I due ragazzi, proprietari del locale, super disponibili e prodighi di consigli. Menù limitato, ma estremamente ricercato. i due primi provati (La domenica a mezzogiorno e Fiorivano le viole) entrambi buonissimi. Lo spiedo di toro, morbidissimo e molto saporito. Il tagliere di salumi e formaggi molto buono, forse i salumi più particolari dei due formaggi. La birra provata ottima. Non si paga il coperto, il pane e l'acqua. Prezzi a mio avviso bassi per la qualità e la quantità di cibo servita. Ritorneremo al 100%

Limited but extremely sophisticated menu. the two first courses we tried (La Domenica at Noon and Fiorivano le viole) were both very good. The bull spit, very soft and very tasty. The platter of cured meats and cheeses is very good, perhaps the most particular cured meats of the two cheeses. The beer we tried was excellent. You don't pay cover charge, bread or water. Prices in my opinion low for the quality and quantity of food served. We will return 100%

Nice place, great for a drink with friends. Very friendly staff. The dishes are special and prepared with good quality raw materials. Four of us paid 112 euros for 5 starters, three first courses, two desserts and a good bottle of red. To return.

Il concept di questo locale, ben gestito da un gruppo di giovani competenti e davvero in gamba, è di mettere in contatto diretto i clienti con una selezione di prodotti di qualità, provenienti da piccoli produttori, realtà locali, nicchie di mercato. Il menù è variegato e cambia in base ai prodotti di stagione, ma consiglio caldamente di affidarvi ciecamente allo chef scegliendo il menù degustazione, composto da pietanze che scoprirete strada facendo. Nel menù degustazione che ho avuto la fortuna di provare, la protagonista era la "vacca vecchia", proveniente da un'azienda agricola di 150 capi della montagna genovese e allevata al pascolo per almeno 5 anni. Di quanto ho assaggiato, ho apprezzato particolarmente la bresaola, che consentiva di apprezzare il sapore genuino della carne diversamente da quelle di produzione industriale, e il crostone con una trippa delicata e consistente. Molto interessante anche la carta dei vini, con prodotti ed etichette di nicchia, e delle birre artigianali. La ricerca accurata e il contatto diretto con i produttori consentono ai gestori di offrire piatti di alta qualità a un prezzo adeguato: il menù degustazione con 5 portate costa 35 euro (bevande escluse). Il locale è semplice e informale ma studiato ed è coerente con la filosofia del locale.
