The restaurant is set in a wonderful context adjacent to the walls of Lucca. Unique elegant magical city.
A relaxing room with cheerful but not annoying background music.
The choice of menu is personal, five, seven, nine courses, with wine pairings or just glasses. We chose the 7-stage route or journey with a glass of wine, asking to omit entrails from the menu. The chef created AMAZING dishes. We were greeted by friendly, cheerful and familiar staff. A gem for me were the choices of serving dishes, the tortelli with oil and parmesan on my grandmother's plate took me back home.
All the people who work with chef Tomei really deserve many compliments.
Well done everyone, we will definitely be back!

A real sensorial experience. A journey into authentic cuisine and a surprise for the taste buds. Chef Tomei is very attentive to the origin of the raw materials and has his own vegetable garden where he grows vegetables. The service is attentive and impeccable and the stars are deserved but not emblazoned. The chef is always present and talked to my son (8 years old) about nutraceuticals and vegetables. Compared to other starred restaurants this one is authentic and true and nothing is left to chance!

If you have never tried Chef Tomei's cuisine, you absolutely must do it! The chef combines tradition with technique and imagination. Explosions of flavor and feast for the eyes. An elegant but relaxing environment that allows you to enjoy the journey in the best possible way (and being a real journey it rewards customers with a taste map!!!).

Siamo stati a cena, accolti da due camerieri uno più cortese dell'altro, beh che dire è stata una esperienza fantastica, degli abbinamenti e delle esplosioni di gusto che è difficile trovare, la genialità dei piatti è poi la ciliegina sulla torta, un mix tra gusto, ricordi e divertimento che ti fa strappare un sorriso per ogni portata.
Noi abbiamo optato per il menu da 7 portate e a differenza di quello che molti dicono eravamo sazi (e siamo delle buone forchette😅)
Il locale è facilmente raggiungibile, pulito, curato, intimo... lo consiglio vivamente e torneremo il prima possibile.

location splendida
servizio premuroso e ben fatto
piatti azzeccati .
notevolissimi antipasti così come il risotto alle croste di formaggio ed i secondi di carne
divertente la pizza ed eccellenti i dolci
con il menù da 5 portate siate ampiamente sazi
non è assolutamente vero che si esce con la fame..
una esperienza veramente valida da un ottimo professionista
