A very nice place in the center of Rome, perfect for a stroll downtown. The menu features meat and fish dishes, including many truffle-based dishes. Good wine selection. Excellent service.

After reading the reviews, I visited the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain, and then stopped by. It was my first formal restaurant in Italy. The server in charge was a friend named Shamin, and he was so kind. I sat down and ordered water first, and he explained the menu well, and the wine that he recommended was really delicious. They refilled the bread before the meal, and the mozzarella balls that came as a basic dish were also delicious. This restaurant has truffle dishes at the front of the menu, and since we were a family of four, we ordered truffle pasta, truffle ravioli, grilled sea bass, and fried calamari, and we enjoyed them. They also recommended a bottle of wine. I said I like dry ones more than sweet ones, so they brought the wine and tasted it, and it was refreshing, so I said OK... and quickly drank a bottle. It was my first time eating truffle slices, and I I definitely knew why truffles are a high-quality ingredient. Before that, I didn't really know what truffle oil and truffle salt tasted like. When I came to Italy and tried it, I realized that truffles are the best. I have a separate menu for truffles, so if you get a recommendation and try it, your eyes will widen. It was the most delicious restaurant in Rome.

Delicious food and superior service. On a 5 day trip to Rome, we had such a wonderful experience the first night, we returned to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the restaurant. The servers are really great. Emanuela and Viktoria made sure our meal experience was perfect. The food is top notch and not expensive. You get very good value. There are a lot of choices for restaurants in Rome, you won't go wrong with Life Restaurant.

Siamo stati a cena varie volte in questo locale e perciò possiamo dare un giudizio che non è fondato su una singola esperienza ma che ha trovato conferma in tutte le occasioni. Il locale è elegante e curato in ogni particolare, e questa è ovviamente una caratteristica dell'esercizio che non cambia, mentre possono variare i giudizi sulle singole serate: ebbene, non vi è stata una sola occasione in cui non siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Degne di nota sono in specie le proposte al tartufo; ma si apprezzano anche le variazioni stagionali e i vari menu degustazione (ad esempio in questo periodo a base di carciofi, veramente notevoli). La "mano" in cucina è particolarmente leggera: non una volta abbiamo avuto la sensazione di aver mangiato qualcosa di più pesante di quando si mangia in casa. La lista dei vini è molto ricca e con ricarichi adeguati. Il personale è professionale ma non distaccato e, in effetti, al contempo molto cortese. I prezzi: assolutamente giustificati per quanto viene proposto (anzi, al limite si tratta di uno di quei rarissimi casi in cui non ci si stupirebbe se si trovasse il conto anche un po' più alto...). Insomma, si tratta di un locale che merita ampiamente i giudizi positivi che vengono espressi e che, pertanto, consigliamo vivamente.

Frequento Life da qualche anno, mai rimasto deluso, con i suoi tavoli all’aperto in una stradina del tridente centro storico di Roma e’ un must da non mancare. I camerieri sono accoglienti, preparati, molto servizievoli, Abbiamo una scelta vastissima e stagionale con proposte di tartufo, bianco in stagione e poi tartufo nero nell’anno e poi ai carciofi e ai funghi porcini, e tanto, tanto altro. Si va dai piatti della tradizione romana a tanti piatti di pesce e carne e al tartufo Lista dei vini esagerata nelle proposte con le loro verticali sulle singole bottiglie, e tanti tanti vini importanti in tutte le declinazioni. Qui potrai soddisfare i tuoi desideri scegliendo la bottiglia di vino che più ti aggrada …. Fino al Tignanello, al Solaia, al Masseto. Quindi un ristorante tutto da scoprire e allora da provare
