Ristorante Lido Vesta is our favorite restaurant when we want a guaranteed delicious dinner, primarily based on seafood. Every time we return, they never disappoint. From appetizers to dessert, I couldn't choose which was better because each dish is better than the next, and the research and attention to detail behind each dish is evident. The service is impeccable, and the staff is young and professional. The location speaks for itself, as you dine right by the sea, and the prices are commendable for the quality and service offered. Many compliments, they never change, and we'll always be back.

The atmosphere is welcoming, it feels like home. The beach club managers are wonderful and warm-hearted. The food is excellent, and the beach service is impeccable. They're attentive, always available, and always available.

A very well-kept location even though it's a beach resort, but the real strength is the quality of the ingredients used by chef Nicola and his creativity. Spectacular dishes and super attentive service! The only place to eat without worries.

This summer's surprise! A restaurant away from the chaos of the old town, with a table right on the beach and a pleasant breeze. Excellent local olive oil tasting and entrees. All the dishes we ordered (an appetizer, two first courses, and a second course) were exceptional: bold but not overpowering flavors. Friendly and attentive staff. Recommended. We'll definitely be back!

After being disappointed by our former favorite restaurant, which has become a self-service restaurant (someone may have guessed who we're talking about), we urgently searched for a place to eat. We found this restaurant and, without much expectation, went in.
The place is a classic beach restaurant with an open and closed veranda, not fancy but not bad either.
What surprised us was the food... good, good, good.
We ordered starters and main courses and were full. They described the desserts to us, and we gave in to temptation... we didn't regret it. The staff also had nothing to complain about; they were truly kind and professional. Highly recommended.
P.S. If you don't want dessert, don't ask for a description.

Highly recommended, the cuisine features delicate flavors, attention to detail, and the staff is courteous and helpful. Excellent! Open for both lunch and dinner, with a small veranda right on the beach!

We ate at Lido Vesta for 3 days in a row.
I can say that of all the places we tried in Vieste, Lido Vesta was the best.
The staff is wonderful.
The owner is a special person.
As for the food, I'd say the preparation is excellent, and the ingredients are undeniably fresh.
We'll definitely be back next year.
