Lido Sayonara In Giardini-naxos

Immediate attention, the food looks like it was prepared by your grandmother on a family Sunday

There's a small, free sandy beach. It's not entirely clean in places. A few meters further into the sea, everything's fine. We're there in June. This is the only beach where we can swim without getting a cold shock.

Very nice beach with bar and restaurant

We went to the Sayonara beach on the advice of the accommodation facility where we were staying. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with kindness and courtesy where an operator of the facility explained to us all the services we could use, from the beach bar with ordering via QR code to the bathrooms, cabins and showers. During our stay we thought that eating under the umbrella would not have been a great idea and in fact we went to the bar service. Here kindness, courtesy and professionalism are the masters. We ate very tasty sandwiches with an excellent combination of ingredients. The staff is super professional and courteous. I give my all because in my opinion in addition to the service (which is worth everything) education and kindness should also be rewarded which is not a given in today's world. It will certainly be a stop for the next holiday in Giardini di Naxos

A little more expensive than some nearby restaurants but with a nicer setting and the aperol is generous 😊

€40 for 4 adults (+ baby) is a perfectly fair price. Each person gets their own lounger, and two people get an umbrella each. Of course, you can also lounge on the beach for free outside of this "open-air pool," but this little luxury is worth the money in my opinion. The food at the bar and in the restaurant was surprisingly good. Theoretically, it would have even been possible to have drinks brought to your lounger—but I preferred the extra few meters. The only criticism, which has been mentioned here several times: hardly five minutes go by without a beach vendor or masseuse coming by. However, a "no" was always accepted immediately.

Great beach! We drove from Catania to this beach almost every day of our vacation (40 minutes), as the beaches where we were staying were unfortunately very littered. Sayonara Beach Naxos is clean, loungers with umbrellas are available at a fair price (€20 total), and the service is also excellent! (You can order food and drinks using a QR code attached to the umbrella). There are several beach areas connected to each other.

Good beach, a bit overwhelming with the bars and shops in the back but probably what some people might be after. The beach has pebbles so you might want to get special shoes for that especially with kids. I preferred the more wild beaches that are up north but you need a car for that

We stayed at Sayonara beach for two days straight and liked it a lot. The staff is very friendly and the area is well taken care of. The toilets could be cleaner and might need a renovation though
