This Uzbek cuisine restaurant has existed in via Carlo Farini for almost 10 years. The place renovated a few years ago is warm and welcoming. The staff is kind and attentive, they will give you all the useful information on the dishes on the menu. Starters, ravioli or soups to start, then the main dishes based on meat, rice and vegetables. All dishes are prepared to perfection, excellent and served in the right quantity. Wide choice of desserts. The wine list is decent with Georgian and Italian labels. Vodka cannot be missing and you can find it from various brands. Recommended for an evening out of the usual tastes.

Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed; The flavors are all good even if not as particular as I expected. Nice location and average service, nothing to report, everyone was friendly.
The main problem, however, is the price in relation to quantities; everything could have cost half the price and I wouldn't have been surprised at the convenience. This applies especially to the starters but in general to everything, up to the drinks (€3.50 of water cannot be tap water, sorry).
Honestly, it's rather strange given that Uzbek cuisine is still poor cuisine without frills (without negative connotations). Furthermore we are in Viale Farini, not in the centre.

I was with Uzbek friends and they say that the cuisine is not very faithful. But I can say that I ate well, the staff was friendly and the place was very well looked after

Absolutely positive and recommended experience.
In terms of food, I liked everything, from the starter to the dessert, through to the main course, the wine and the cocktail.
Very attentive and well done service.
Price above average, but in line with the quality of the food and the location.
The only less positive observations are the price of water, which, being a member of parliament, I would have expected to be lower, and the portions of the main course that I would have liked to be more generous, even in the face of a 10/15% price increase. But despite these, it remains a 5 star experience.

Spectacular food, mixed Russian-Uzbek-Georgian cuisine.
I tested Russian Salad and Kaciapuri, really very good! The only shortcoming: Ayran was not available among the drinks

Locale piccolo ma molto carino. Servizio cortese. Carta ricca e variegata, con piatti della tradizione uzbeka, ma anche georgiana e russa. Ho trovato tutto buono. Unica nota è che i piatti non sono usciti dalla cucina in maniera coordinata (c’è chi ha avuto il piatto principale 10 minuti prima degli altri). Questo aspetto è comunque una inezia nella valutazione complessiva. Prezzi leggermente sopra la media, ma accettabili.

Comida deliciosa, excelente servicio. Ojalá pudiéramos llevar al chef a casa con nosotros. La comida no se limitaba solo a la cocina uzbeka, sino que también tenía artículos georgianos y ucranianos en el menú y el sabor era excelente!
