What a great find! Uzbek offers authentic dishes and truly unique flavors. The menu is varied and offers plenty of choices, the meat is tender and well-seasoned, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, perfect for trying something different with friends.

Welcoming atmosphere, truly friendly and knowledgeable staff.
The food was truly exceptional; I had never tried this cuisine before and was pleasantly surprised.
The dishes arrive from the kitchen on every table, filling the dining room with delicious aromas, and the look is equally enticing.
Compliments to the chef, very kind and with golden hands...
I will definitely be back.

Excellent dinner with a typical Uzbek dish and Uzbek red wine. I don't recommend the ravioli; I found them less flavorful than expected, but the dessert was good.

Excellent restaurant in the Maciachini/Isola area, with delicious dishes and generous portions.
The price is quite high, we spent more than €40 each (without wine), but it was worth it.
We shared mixed somsa and Georgian cheese focaccia.
We then ordered ravioli and risotto, both typical Uzbek dishes. To finish, we had some delicious honey pastries.

We had a great time! The food is excellent. The choice of dishes varies between different cuisines, in addition to Uzbek cuisine there are some dishes from Georgian, Ukrainian and Russian cuisine.
The service is excellent, the staff is very knowledgeable and they help you find the best option. In addition, once served, the dishes are introduced and explained briefly. Since it is a different cuisine, it is very pleasant to listen to this explanation and discover a completely new world. The place is clean and well-kept, very intimate and welcoming. We will definitely return to try the rest of the menu 🤍

For me Uzbek is one of the best restaurants in Milan. Super chic atmosphere, excellent and complete cuisine (for those who love Georgian, Uzbek, Ukrainian and Russian cuisine here you will find everything.. it will be like traveling to these places without taking a plane 😂... amazing). I recommend the ojakhuri which is a spiced pork dish of Georgian origin, the borsht, the olivie and the khachapuri.
