Went with friends for lunch, ate simple dishes such as tagliatelle and cappelletti with ragù and a couple of platters of cold cuts with piadina, all of excellent quality, I recommend.

A very simple "old-fashioned" place, where you have to accept that there are no second courses, other than a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, giardiniera or pinzimonio. If you are a big eater you can eat it as an appetizer, but you must not take away the pleasure of tasting the delicious first courses. All very good. I fell in love with tagliatella carbonara. Top. ✨

Excellent Romagna cuisine. We only serve appetizers of mixed cold cuts, cheeses, caramelized figs and piadina and a variety of homemade first courses with care and passion of rare beauty. Quality Sangiovese wine. Homemade sweets served as offered by the house. The place is informal. It also has a small external veranda, a small internal car park and is located right in front of a church in the middle of the Montaletto di Cervia countryside. For dinner it is better to book.

If you love fresh pasta and cold cuts you can't avoid this tavern. At Libero the absolute top, they don't accept reservations for lunch, in the evening if you have to book well in advance and never during service hours.

The best tagliatella in Romagna. The ragù is amazing!!! The only flaw is not being able to book for lunch (and if you don't arrive very early you won't find a place). There are no second courses (only piada with cured meats) but you go to Liberio for the pasta... Low prices.
