L'Hotel Ristorante Ulivi In Arenzano

We stumbled upon this delightful hotel almost by chance. It's dated but has modern, unique rooms! The welcome and parking were commendable, and the owners were particularly friendly. The breakfast was varied and tasty, including delicious homemade products made by the owner. Highly recommended!

During the Alpine troops gathering in Genoa, I discovered this establishment located in the heart of Arenzano. It immediately offers familiar local hospitality, a warm welcome, and excellent service, all neat and clean. Kindness reigns supreme, and the value for money is perfect. I don't know when, but I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Property in the center of Arenzano, just a few meters from the pedestrian area and the sea. About ten rooms on the fourth floor of an elegant building with the reception, breakfast room, and restaurant on the ground floor. We booked a room with a glimpse of the sea view, spacious and extremely comfortable. It has everything you need: a spacious bathroom with the right towel racks (a rarity 🙈), a guest kit including slippers, a mini-fridge, and a nice coat rack (another rarity...). Sky!!!! Excellent cleanliness, a remarkable breakfast with delicious cakes, both sweet and savory, fresh (the cooked ham was delicious), whole wheat bread 😮, and excellent-quality packaged products. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. What more can I say? 🤷 Highly recommended.

We had a great time throughout. We've already booked our next vacation (August 2026).

Small, family-run hotel in the center of Arenzano, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The room is a bit old-fashioned, but comfortable and quiet: a very comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and Sky TV. But the real heart of this hotel is the owners: the charming manager, who waits for us and entertains us during breakfast; the more reserved manager, who nevertheless speaks through the sweets she prepares in the morning. In short, they have all the right ingredients to start the day off right 😉

I stayed for Easter with my husband. It was a pleasant surprise!! The property is very clean, tidy, and cozy—a real treat! Mr. Massimo and his wife are wonderful people!! Very helpful and ready to accommodate any needs. We stayed in the suite. The room was very clean, spacious, well-heated, with plenty of pillows, extra blankets, and clean, fragrant towels. The breakfast was incredibly generous!!! Sweet, savory, gluten-free, hot and cold drinks—everything was perfect. A 4-star stay!!! Located just steps from the seafront and very convenient for the station (we traveled by train and were very happy with it!!).
