I didn't try the food since we went to have an aperitif but the quality was very good and the place was beautiful, the food looked like it was of excellent quality, the service was very friendly and they spoke Spanish

I've been frequenting the place since the format involved weighing the dish (€2.50 per 100g) but after Covid it was necessary to refresh the brand. Varied menu in a fair and balanced way, not too many courses (and for me this is a plus), cuisine inspired by 0 km, supplies from trusted companies, experimentation, all maintaining a very healthy imprint. The environment is basic but very clean; the courses (mainly bowls) are designed to concentrate the correct intake of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. The raw material used is obviously of excellent quality. We also tried the kombucha with citrus and cinnamon and it was pleasant. The desserts are also super good: I've never tried the cake with a warm pistachio heart. We will return, perhaps to adopt a mushroom.
