19/10/2025: I've been to Abraxas Osteria and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery! The place is truly welcoming, surrounded by nature, and meticulously maintained.
The dishes are prepared with quality, seasonal ingredients and beautifully presented. I've tried several dishes, and each had an authentic, balanced flavor that's never boring. You can taste the cuisine that respects tradition but with a modern twist.
Even my wife, who is celiac, enjoyed everything from appetizers to desserts.
The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always smiling and ready to recommend the right wine or dish.
In short, a place where you eat well, feel good, and always leave with a smile. Highly recommended! 💫

The cuisine is a tribute to local and national traditions and creativity. The fettuccine with white truffle is pure poetry: creamy, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. The fillet is tender, juicy, and expertly cooked, while the braised Marchigiana stew is a celebration of slow cooking and depth of flavor, not to mention the vast selection of meats, from the famous Japanese wagyu to renowned American cuts. Various appetizers are expertly crafted using refined and unique ingredients.
