One of my all-time favorite places in Trieste. A magical place, with an internal room that is a gem. The desserts are very good. Prices perhaps a little high. It is worth visiting.

When I'm in Trieste I always have breakfast in this café bar!! The brioches are excellent and also very well filled, the staff is friendly and quick in service, and then I like that they are very sensitive towards animals, so much so that if you come in with a dog, attention is also paid to him/ she always offers a biscuit as well as to the master! Location where you can breathe an air of culture, even if noisy when it is quite crowded, and a strategic position for those who live in Viale XX Settembre. The icing on the cake: today I discovered that they also have salted caramel as a filling for the brioches, so with this novelty they have definitely won me over!

The cakes are not only adorable but also delicious, while the muffins, though a tad sweet for my taste, are still quite tasty. It does get a bit crowded, which adds to the lively vibe, making it perfect for a short, enjoyable visit. The staff is constantly on the move, ensuring everyone is taken care of. Overall, it’s a pleasant spot to unwind and savor some sweet treats amidst a bustling yet inviting ambiance.

Interesting place on two floors, quiet atmosphere accompanied by a boy who played the piano, the staff is young and they all seemed kind despite the amount of customers to serve, there is also the possibility of sitting outside under their porch. We ordered 2 cappuccinos, one with pistachio and the other with white chocolate, with two slices of cheesecake, one with pistachio and the other with berries. The two cakes were really very good, light and you could taste the topping, while the two cappuccinos tasted of nothing in particular, they looked like two normal cappuccinos with the glasses just "dirtied" by the one we had chosen...

Uno dei più belli caffè letterari di Trieste. Ci vado da anni a studiare e leggere e mi trovo molto bene, non so come farei senza! Interni floreali e arredamento ben curato, personale simpatico e disponile, prezzi giusti. Che dire, grazie di esistere!
