This restaurant does not just offer an ordinary "lunch". Coming here to Rofelle is an experience. It must be lived to the full, dedicating the time it deserves. I would never have imagined being able to eat wild herbs and unusual forest mushrooms, cooked with such skill. Simple dishes that you will hardly find elsewhere, a unique preparation in knowing how to explain and present them. Thank you so much for this experience. We will be back as soon as we have the chance!

A slightly isolated place but it's worth trying for the particular and unusual menu based mainly on plants, herbs and flowers but which leaves you pleasantly satisfied! Warm atmosphere and friendly staff!

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante circondato da boschi. Il menù è fisso e ben proposto. Ottime materie prime. Abbiamo iniziato con una serie di antipasti vegetali molto sfiziosi, poi una zuppa di stridoli molto buona. Ottime le tagliatelle fatte a mano con funghi porcini così pure i ravioli di zucca. Poi faraona in salmi accompagnata da borragine fritta e agnello arrosto con carciofi buonissime. Dolce di ricotta squisito. Il proprietario molto gentile e competente, appassionato di erbe, vi riserverà delle sorprese.... Molto gentile e professionale anche la signora che ci ha serviti. A presto

So if you want to do something different, taste nature, drink a good wine... and also nourish your soul with particular products that are not sacred, then you must have this experience... I strongly recommend a lunch...call first... I only missed one detail... relaxing music and thus living a unique experience...

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante dopo una bella escursione, con percorso ad anello da Rofelle fino a Monte Botolino e ritorno, partendo proprio da davanti il ristorante. Il titolare, Sig. Valentini, si è dimostrato molto cordiale ed ospitale. Ci ha anche dato qualche consiglio per l'escursione. Alle 13 ci siamo seduti a tavola e dopo l'assaggio di un vino aromatizzato con petali, ci hanno cominciato a portare una serie di pietanze, molto curate e molto buone, come antipasti. Poi 3 primi e poi dei secondi. Infine un dolce e caffè. Il tutto accompagnato da un fresco e fruttato vino rosso. Le varie pietanze , oltre che essere buone, erano molto originali negli ingredienti. Segnalo in particolare la vellutata di stridoli e la misticanza con erbe e fiori. Prezzo del pranzo assolutamente equo. Torneremo.
