The focaccia was very, very tasty. The staff doesn't speak English, making ordering a bit difficult. It's not comfortable to sit down, so it's best to take the food to go.

Everything was exceptional. I had the opportunity to try both the baked goods—flatbreads, bread, and more—as well as the cantucci and leavened products. The best apricot panettone I've ever tasted, hands down. Helpful and qualified staff.

Homemade cantucci, too bad they're missing the orange ones, but without chocolate. Italian breakfast Pizza for lunch or dinner And lots of other things depending on the season I recommend it, I go there every time I'm in Florence

Colomba all’albicocca molto buona! Sempre una certezza! Unico appunto! Un po di delusione per la presentazione!!! Il sopra non si presentava molto bene! per essere un prodotto di cosi alta qualità e prezzo! Ripeto impasto buonissimo ma avendo acquistato la confezione gia’ chiusa e giusto la vigilia di Pasqua non mi aspettavo questo aspetto! Per fortuna non era un regalo! Cnq bravi

Ottimo forno sia per i lievitati ( buonissima la colomba ) e per le varietà salate,dall’ottimo pane con svariate farine, alle ottime schiacciate. Quello che la fa da padrone sono la grande qualità delle materie prime. Veramente bravi tutti.

18/08/2025: Excellent service, staff welcomed us with free appetizer and offer good suggestions for seafood lovers and for vegetarians. The food is INCREDIBLE, one of the best restaurants we have been to. The dinner was well portioned, fresh and flavourful (octopus and linguine pasta). The dessert was unique and had layers of flavour (yogurt based with honey and fruit). Would definitely recommend for special dinner in Florence.

29/08/2025: "UBE" has arrived in Italy! The ube( purple yam) was refreshing and not too strong in flavor. If you want to get your steps in from the Duomo and have some delicious gelato, this is the place!
