The restaurant is showing its age, but the landlady is very friendly and gives her all. We had a very pleasant conversation with her. The food is typically local and very good. The value for money is very good. Please note: No longer a hotel. Only a restaurant.

Historic restaurant in the center of Canale. Good food, careful presentation, typical Piedmontese menu with revisited 80s menus. Attentive and attentive service. Worth a try. We have not tried the rooms
