For a select few, connoisseurs of all five senses... Yes, even hearing, when you hear Barbara's spoon clink at the end of the meal as she whips the cream on the spot. Thanks to Andrea for making us reconcile ourselves with the idea of eating at a restaurant!!

A truly magical place! Delicious vegetarian set menu, natural yet never banal flavors, local produce, herbs, and spices, divinely cooked, from appetizer to dessert. As a passionate omnivore, I must say I didn't miss meat at all: lentils, chickpeas, ricotta, cheeses, and all kinds of locally grown vegetables have never been so flavorful!
To conclude, the owners are incredibly kind and friendly: I'm happy I stumbled upon them almost by accident.

A unique restaurant in Abruzzo. The exquisite cabbage pie, as well as Andrea's kindness and professionalism, and Barbara's culinary expertise. Everything is so fresh: freshly made gnocchi, divine arugula pesto, sheep's milk ricotta from my childhood, and so much more, right down to the excellent gentian—all truly dreamy. I'll be back and spreading the word, a special place that I'll hold dear to my heart! Happy birthday Andrea!!

Amazing find! We stumbled in exactly at the right time for lunch by serendipity. The place is very small with only four tables, so I recommend to book in advance if you do not want to rely on luck. The owner, Andrea, is a bit crazy in the best possible way. He is so in love with the area, its food - and his wife who is an excellent cook. For every of the about ten courses of the set vegetarian menu he explained (in Italian and English) where the ingredients came from and what makes them special. Often, he harvested fruits and herbs himself, or knows the farmers very well. The food was very good and full of different flavours, due to spices, herbs and good ingredients. I am not a vegetarian, but I didn't miss anything. Finally, the price of 39€ for so many dishes, including a good local wine, and a true private dining experience is more than fair. Good luck with your restaurant, Andrea & Barbara, I hope to come back one day!

Siamo stati a cena in questo posto super particolare gestito da una coppia affiatata (Barbara in cucina e Andrea in sala) che ci ha accompagnato durante tutta la cena, o come la chiama Andrea “la passeggiata”.
Menú fisso, completamente vegetariano a base di prodotti locali e sapori antichi, molto vario e molto abbondante, anche i piú carnivori usciranno soddisfatti da qui!
Consiglio davvero di passare di qui!

Non bisogna pensare di andare a mangiare in un ristorante. Quello che ci attende è un viaggio esperienziale sotto la guida attenta e competente di Andrea in sala e l'esecuzione creativa e stimolante di Barbara in cucina.
Ognuno dei numerosi piatti è raccontato con dovizia di particolari tecnici, gastronomici ed erboristici, in un ognuno [o quasi] sono presenti essenze officinali locali raccolte nel modo e nei tempi che Madre Natura regala.
Quattro tavoli in un piccolo ambiente molto caldo e personalizzato, si comimcia e si finisce insieme la cena.
