location carinissima , arredi vivaci, atmosfera piacevole. Siamo state subito ben accolte e coccolate da andrea e barbara chef patrons di questo piccolo ristorantino che riuscirà a farti trascorrere qualche ora in pieno relax nel gustare piatti particolarissimi della tradizione contadina preparati con tanto amore e passione. Proposte molto speciali , abbinamenti azzeccati , assaggi gourmet accompagnati dai buoni vini della casa. Una esperienza sicuramente da provare se siete in zona ; grz ancora per la bella serata e buon lavoro !! marina & friends

Da fuori le luci, le scritte, le finestrelle con i cuoricini ti invitano ad entrare come fossi invitato a casa di amici. In fondo è questo lo spirito del locale, farti sentire a tua agio in mezzo a persone che vogliono trascorrere una piacevole serata con te. Appena entrati ci ha accolti Andrea, un ospite di casa sorridente e affabile che ci ha fatto accomodare al nostro tavolo in una stanza di circa 4x4m, con la cucina e un bagno ma molto accogliente e piena di lucine e oggetti curiosi, tutti con una storia da raccontare. E ne aveva da raccontare anche Andrea che ad ogni piatto spiegava gli ingredienti e la loro provenienza accompagnandoli con qualche suo aneddoto. I piatti erano in gran parte degli assaggi ma la qualità era eccellente! Dalla zuppa di lenticchie ai formaggi di capra e dalle verdure grigliate al dolce fatto in casa, tutto cucinato magistralmente e con passione. Ogni portata aveva la sua personalità dove gli ingredienti si abbinavano armoniosamente sprigionando sapori autentici di una volta. La cuoca Barbara aveva fatto un lavoro straordinario presentato in maniera accattivante dal marito Andrea ed impiattato con gusto. Un percorso gastronomico che arricchisce corpo e anima. Sicuramente un'esperienza da vivere e da raccontare.

Get ready to take a journey into the history of the flavors of the earth through Andrea's words and Barbara's cuisine. Forget your cell phone (you won't miss it at all) and enjoy this incredible atmosphere. 28/09/2024: Good, but… Our experience with Materia Prima begins with the booking phone call; in which we anticipated that we would have a small dog with us and their response was to clarify their position and that is: in the event that the dog had not behaved appropriately they would have felt authorized to interrupt our stay on site and therefore dinner. In any case, we decide to go to dinner, certain that our dog's behavior could be up to par in any restaurant. At the entrance we were greeted with great courtesy by the dining room staff, who brought us the menu; which includes two tasting menus, however the dishes they include are not specified, but simply the number of courses. At this point, our thought was that of free choice of dishes, obviously when we proposed our idea of ​​a tasting experience to the dining room staff it was fully accepted but with some supplements, clearly they had an organizational imprint different from that of us proposal. We asked ourselves, why not make the tasting proposal explicit? Or simply explain which dishes you can choose from? The dishes served were excellent, a great experience. Perhaps I would improve the desserts, which despite being part of the non-pre-packaged tasting menu, we did not have the freedom to choose. The staff very professional, impeccable. The environment is very modern, with attention to detail. If I had to say that I felt at ease and welcomed, I wouldn't say it, I almost had the impression of having to be on the alert, probably also dictated by our prejudice regarding dog management.

25/08/2024: We went to the Osteria for dinner. Impeccable service: they read your mind! Each of their dishes is tasty, professional, mouth-watering! Honest price with water offered by the house.
