The place was recommended to us by the owner of the accommodation we had booked. A few meters from emblematic places such as Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio, this wine shop offers, along with a wide selection of wines, a wide selection of cold cuts and cheeses, as well as hot crostoni and salads. Involuntary protagonist of an unfortunate accident, the staff proved ready to assist me and attentive in dealing with the situation. I thank you for the professionalism and hospitality shown, we will definitely return on our next trip to Florence.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! It’s hands down the best bar/restaurant I’ve visited in Italy—maybe even ever.
First off, the wine selection is fantastic and reasonably priced. They focus on small, local producers, and every wine they recommended was outstanding. The food is just as impressive. I had the mixed board of local cheeses and cured meats, and the staff explained that the meats come from local farms where the animals are free to roam—not raised in commercial cages.
I also tried the open-faced sandwich with smoked burrata and cured meat, and it was equally delicious.
The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and patient—taking the time to explain each bottle of wine and every dish in detail.

If I could take anything with me from Florence, it would be this wine bar. Tucked away in a narrow street, with a few tables, you will enjoy your wine accompanied by platters of cheeses, cold cuts and cold dishes.

The service was a little slow, but the crostone with mozzarella, ham, tomatoes, and mustard was the best food we’ve had on the trip! The tomatoes in the caprese salad were a close second.

The wine was exquisite and we truly enjoyed the appetizer with almonds and cheese crackers. They cleared the pallet between the sips of wine.

It doesn't offer many varieties. Salads, cheeses etc. to be eaten with wine. If you want to eat pizza, pasta etc. with wine, you should choose a different place.
