Really nice wine bar for locals and tourists alike. Great wine list and delicious snacks. The service was warm and welcoming and the atmosphere authentic. We spent a whole evening here and got everything we dreamed of in Florence.

This is a fantastic place with great and authentic food, an amazing wine list, and amazing people who will make you feel at home. La Volpi e l'Uva is a fantastic place. The dishes are authentic and made with quality ingredients, the wine selection is vast and well-stocked, but the real highlight is the hospitality.

A 10/10!! We were greeted by a charming young man who gave us excellent wine recommendations. The place was calm yet lively. To top it all off, the value for money was excellent considering the quality of the products offered.

After thoroughly exploring Florence's wine bars, this is clearly the best. Here, they avoid mediocre wines or exorbitant prices, which really annoyed me. High standard and prices that reflect the quality. Bravo!

06/03/2026: Some friends and I spent a very pleasant evening at this pizzeria. The place is simple and well-kept, with some interesting designs that represent the identity of Neapolitan pizzerias. The service was quick and professional, and the staff was always very kind and friendly, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. All the food was exceptional, starting with the appetizers, then moving on to the pizzas. We ordered different ones to try as many as possible. The dough was very light and easy to digest, and we finished with a selection of desserts, which were equally excellent—a lovely icing on the cake to round off this culinary experience! The attention to detail in the plating is a particularly positive note. We will definitely be back very soon!
28/02/2026: Sant'arpia is a guarantee! In addition to the truly digestible classic Neapolitan pizza, tonight I tried the gluten-free pizza made with NATURALLY GLUTEN-FREE FLOURS, steamed... what can I say, the best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten, a real surprise. The pizza is slightly smaller than the classic one, with a crispy and soft crust, not at all rubbery even when it cools a bit. So kudos to whoever makes the dough; it's no small feat to achieve such high quality without industrial concoctions! Celiac or not, everyone can leave here satisfied! See you soon, Glenda

20/10/2025: Reservations are essential at this small restaurant - especially if you are planning on being there during a busy season. The food is excellent - best fried artichokes in all of Italy. The staff was very friendly and even provided games for our littlest diners.
10/10/2025: The chef was really nice, but the head guy Simcha, the one with the white beard and hair, yelled at us at first. In the end, though, he started telling us about all the famous people who’ve eaten at his restaurant. Also, the bathrooms were clean — not sure what that other review was talking about when they said they were disgusting.
