The quality of the food is only surpassed by the owner's friendliness. Spaghetti with mussels and clams and farfalle with salmon, all the way. Thank you!!

Very fresh fish and excellent dishes I would also add something no less important, I felt at home, super kindness and education, which is very common in Calabria but not to be taken for granted, and we will return!

Then there is another additional element in this bakery/bakery, namely the desserts, now prepared with the wisdom of traditional recipes, and consequently handed down from father to son...... Ristorante Pizzeria Bar Castello di Stranges Nicola

13/07/2025: This restaurant is located in Conflenti, a small town in the province of Cosenza. It's a truly peaceful place, ideal for relaxing but also for enjoying an excellent Calabrian pizza. The ingredients are top-quality. I tried a small appetizer that truly amazed me with its presentation and the originality and flavor of the dishes. I'll definitely be back for a full lunch. The location could be improved and has a 1990s feel; it could use a modernization. The service and prices are excellent.
20/03/2025: The pizza was the best I've had in Italy, this was a really positive experience and it was an affordable place!
